Azuga is Essential for Large Fleets
What do you like best about the product?
I like the diagnostic reporting best. We can see the problems with our assets and have the opportunity to repair issues before they become obstacles that impair the service levels. I also like the rewards program for drivers. Positive reinforcement is great for morale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that different people can't schedule the same alert. I also think the idling function is too sensative. Long stretches of traffic or the vehicle running while in park should be the primary triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding has been reduced. We now have maintenance tracking available that helps verifying vehicles are being serviced and getting work warrantied. We can also see how much time we are not utilizing and when assets should be used elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good customer service and the tracking is on point along with the mechanic side
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we do get a faulty azuga tracker but they always make it up to us!

How much we spend on gas where the guys are going AND tracking our vehicle maintenace

Offer a wide range of options and area always willing to work through any issues we have as a company

What do you dislike about the product?
Follow up time on an issue can be lengthy, but they have resolved all of your issues to date or provided the information on how to obtain what we were looking for as a company
The OBD port on certain types of vehicles seems to be lose and constantly monitor to make sure stays plugged in. There is a report that can be run to keep up with the disconnects
When switching the GPS from one vehicle to the next, the oil changes enter through the maintenance maintain for the alert even if the previous oil change information is deleted - would be nice if there was reset that should be done quickly without losing data from previous vehicle
Bluetooth connection via the pairing on the phone is still not working correctly or stops working when nothing has changed

We are able to track all the vehicles on one platform along with driver tracking of each vehicle.

This in easy to use designs, has several reporting options, does have a bluetooth app through the phone that can pair the driver to a vehicle or beacons that the person can just carry

What do you like best about the product?
Azuga's Customer Service is top notch! I love their attention to detail and their follow up.
We are currently test driving Azuga's dash cam feature and really like it, we will more thank likely roll it out to our entire fleet.
We utilize the Azuga Rewards feature every month to reward our driver's, they continually ask me how they can become better drivers and score higher (we have reward tiers, a score of 90-100 gets the highest reward, next tier 80-90, then 70-80 and anything under a score of 70 is no reward) rewarding our driver's to drive better is definitely a perk of using Azuga.

Receiving the "not tracking" alerts on our vehicles when the GPS signals lag or cross over from one to another, not Azuga's fault but if I had to list something I dislike that would be it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our driver's are definitely more aware of their driving, which is a huge benefit that comes with utilizing Azuga's services, they keep their speed down and are more in tune to hard braking and keeping a safe distance from the vehicle's in front of them.
Great, user friendly system for fleet.
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive dashboard and user friendly system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add additional inventory that is not being tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driver accountability is being solved. Benefits are reducing equipment cost.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how user friendly the software is, and the fact the I can check it on the go with the app. I always know where the fleet is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time a tracker will stop working but not send an error so if it a truck I don't need to check on often I will go back and see it lost signal a few days prior. this has only happened a few times though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped cut cost on wasted time, and employees making unneeded stops in the day. It has also help with our billing, when we have customers say we did not come to there property or have our times wrong. In these cases we have been able to pull the information our tracker and get paid.

Ease of use, producing IFTA report, time tracking employees

There is nothing I dislike, would like to see it integrated with our accounting software

Accuracy of time tracking
Azuga, has been very enjoyable to use and our rep is outstanding. Fast, and precious!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the breadcrumb trail, how easy it is to edit on the admin side. Also, the alerts provided to driver and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the alerts aren't as accurate. If a technician is near an on-ramp or the highway the GPS picks him up on a side street or adjacent street.

Couldn't Work Without It
What do you like best about the product?
The Azuga Fleet Management is invaluable to our operations. We are spread over seven counties and 20+ drivers and emergencies arise regulary. It is necessary to be able to dispatch whoever is closest. It also helps our insurance bottom line as we can monitor the driving habits of all fleet employees. Highly recommended for anyone who has muliple drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when access roads run parallell to main roads and we get false speeding alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emergency response is invaluable. We also can audit clock in/clock out time versus van movement.

Highly recommended.

Not quite real time but still great quality!

We are able to know where are trucks are and make sure everybody stays safe!!
