What do you like best about the product?
Details I can look into as if I am in the vehicle itself

Nothing, I like this application because it gives a lot of details

Getting to know in details and exact location of every vehicle...I feel like I am in the tracked vehicle when reading the details.

What do you like best about the product?
clear videos, clear routes of the drivers, but cameras falt off the dashboard a lot, is very annoying to be constantly fixing it, it needs to have a better way to place the camera on the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
the camera that is on the dashboard is constantly falling off and not getting signal
it is very hard to reach out tech support they don't call you when they said
it is constantly giving error of not ben on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we need to manage how the drivers are using the business cars and if they are using them on the weekends and seeing what kind of material are transportation on out vehicles

What do you like best about the product?
I look at the dashboard first. It gives a quick snapshot of everything from idle time to speeding and hard braking. The software is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am not the admin I don't receive the alerts if a tracker is unplugged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With high gas prices it gives me driving habits and ways to save on fuel

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Azuga is knowing exactly where our technicians are at any given point during the day
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the thing I like the least about Azuga is not having video to go with the typical tracking. That's not Azuga's fault because I believe they offer in-car dashcam's. This is more MY issue with our current service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes question of where a vehicle is...for how long...were our drivers driving within our parameters...
It also helps with tracking each technician's work time as well.

The seamless operation of tracking and real-time camera viewing is excellent!

I could not find any downsides to this software

Vibration Impact and harsh acceleration and braking are nice to have access to.

I wish Azuga would include a dash cam with remote access.

Azuga allows me to know where my employees are at any given time and I can see if the are operating their vehicle at safe speeds.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Azuga is tracking the trucks of where they have been and for how long. That way we can charge our customers correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has always been great. The only problem that I have had was with our rep not responding back to me but I finally have someone who responds to me in a timely manner.

Knowing what is going on with your vehicles.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when a customer calls I can tell them the exact location of the vehicle and give them the best service I can. I can with confidence tell my customer what time they will arrive within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike. It does everything that I need. It keeps track of my service and service costs. It truly keeps a dispatcher up to speed. I have no dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At any time I need to find out how a driver is performing, I can get that report ie; speeding, hard braking number of stops and things like excessive time idling. If the driver falls below a certain number it gives us a chance to correct the problem before it gets serious.
