Simplify container security
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of deployment allowed us to go from start to finish in minutes versus days. Quickly saw results in the dashboard after deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything to dislike. The team loves the ease of use and ability to quickly diagnose k8s-related concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Runtime visibility into container operations.

Agent less scanning of cloud platforms allows for rapid deployment and less irritable infra engineers

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-navigate UI is great as quickly finding the information you want at speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running reports on demand is a feature I would like (currently reports are ran once a day)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework gives the ability to be notified of anomalies early as well as benchmark our cloud estate against various well-known standards. The added benefit of container vulnerability scanning is a bonus!
Really short time to value.
What do you like best about the product?
The time savings that it gives my team. They are spending significantly less time triaging noisy false-positive alerts than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the anomaly detection approach that Lacework champions. That said, I do think there are some general use cases that would benefit from being able to define some more rigid rules.

As a healthcare company security and compliance are incredibly important to us. Lacework is a foundational part of the stance for us.

Environment security automation and associated alerting to chosen tools/channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is not about dislike - but we would be happy if Lacework would offer also PCI ASV services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
24x7 perimeter security monitoring, vulnerability monitoring and security rules updates monitoring thus reducing manual work and risk of human erros.

What do you like best about the product?
Deep visibility into cloud resources and real-time detection of unusual activities make it easier to identify and prioritise vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Polygraph visualisation seems to be quite resource consuming when zooming out to see all cloud components.

Identifying vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in the cloud infrastructure in order to help prevent security incidents and compliance violations
Great solution for your cloud environment
What do you like best about the product?
It works with behavioral engines that allow the security team to be focused on the suspicious events that matter, reducing the alert fatigue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support all cloud providers when it comes to CSPM. They are currently working on new integrations tho, and support the most common CP (Amazon, GCP, Azure)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unknowns in our environment and also it provides visibility and correlation into resources that allow the team to make the right decision when it comes to solving a problem.
A Comprehensive security application.
What do you like best about the product?
The scanning of all the services and providing the severity based on the different criteria. The polygraph feature which shows the entire mapping of all the resources provides a broader picture of the application communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email for the summary should have a better header and not just support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The container security and mapping of application. The cloud compliance and alert notification in regard to the urgency of the event are really helpful. Finally, the scanning of the images is a useful way of looking at security.
Great tool w/ fast support
What do you like best about the product?
Their alerting system is always extremely accurate, and can be customized to fit your needs perfectly. Moreover, the devoted support staff is highly-responsive, knowledgeable and always there to help with any issues you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the user interface is undoubtedly not very intuitive and may leave you wanting more, the good news is that the support team is on the ball and extremely responsive to any issues you may encounter. Their efficiency in addressing concerns should give comfort in the meantime.

Lacework is an ideal tool for keeping your cloud infrastructure compliant, and alerting us to any container vulnerabilities. With Lacework, my team can keep an eye on virtually everything connected to our infrastructure, making sure that everything runs smoothly.
