Easy resource for security questions
What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for customer inquiries for all things security
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's just how our admins set it up, but employees can't see any content. Can only link out to content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place to go to for customer questions around security and privacy

I like the ease of setup and administration. User like the navigation and download facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a mobile app for, at least, access requests authorisations.

Allowing clients to self serve and therefore taking away a greta deal of requests and associated admin.

Its ease of implementation and use and great way to generate metrics based upon existing privacy and security materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this tool for its initial phase of use, but will have more to add once we proceed with the implementation of our program.

Informational support for sales, support, and our external customers

What do you like best about the product?
We always struggled with a resource repository and providing customer access to our documents, policies, certifications and other details. Safebase allows us to really provide a portal for all our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial invite for a customer only has a few options for configuration. I can't itemize what they have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safebase allows us ot have a tracked and authenticated access to our documents - this removes the "do you have a copy of XX?" questions that proliferated our Security team.
Saves me tons of time!
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time that I save by not having to put together documentation and answer others questions is huge. It's easy to use, super clean UI, and the search capabilities are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the way my company has it configured, employees can't download the documents. I understand why, but as an SE sometimes it would make things easier. NOT A DING ON SafeBase!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The #1 thing is time savings.
SafeBase is a significant time saver for vendor reviews.
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the necessary information vendors/customers request during the evaluation process is not only convenient for both parties, but saves significant time that each party would have ideally spent finding the information and completing legacy workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "slight" would be that I wish more organizations would leverage SafeBase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SafeBase solves the time spent filling out questionnaires, sharing reports, etc. during vendor review cycles.
Great Experience with Safebase
What do you like best about the product?
SafeBase has been a great way to provide prospective and current custmoers access to the information they need in a frictionless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been instances where customers have found it diffuclt to access the information they need but this is true of any technology that one is unaccustomed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safebase addresses the challenge of providing a customer fritctionless access to a great variety of resources that they require in order to make informed decisions.
A Portal for your Security Team, not Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of Safebase are endless. Our company has been using Safebase for about a full year and the down tick of time required to manage trust material delivery has been substantial. Clients and Prospects are now directed to the portal earlier in the process closing out vendor due diligence much quicker. We have a pending integration with Salesforce to provide even greater automation.
Most of all, security owns this, no more tickets to marketing to get a page updated on our root domain. We can update the trust center when we feel we need to.

Nothing comes to mind about what we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safebase provides us a one stop shop for all our clients and prospects to gather trust materials, updates about our security posture and periodically inquire about questions they may have.
Simple to use, Great to configure
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a breeze setting the system up and maintining it on a regular basis. Great configuration options for everything we needed. Great plus is that our customers found it easy to use on their part as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Matching new requests with existing accounts may sometime take more time than expected. better integration with our legal repository system for automatic match of users with existing accounts would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing internal policies, penetration test results and other internal stuff we would want to limit exposure of.
Just works - content, activity, users unified.
What do you like best about the product?
Security content, access and user tracking are all unified in a single plane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Would be nice to facilitate lite document revisions in portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing compliance content with prospects, Coordinating across internal teams to manage security framework content. We are expediting the security review within our sales cycle.
