What do you like best about the product?

Thoropass has helped us organize and track our HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR readiness under a single, intuitive dashboard. For a growing digital health product, this unified view was critical. The ability to assign compliance-related tasks to the right stakeholders helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks—especially when audits approach. We’ve cut down manual back-and-forth by using integrations with AWS, Jira, and Google Workspace to auto-pull compliance evidence. This keeps our compliance story continuously audit-ready without added operational overhead.

What do you dislike about the product?

Customization is limited, so we occasionally need to supplement with manual processes outside the platform.
