What do you like best about the product?

The process for scoping and coordinating our pentest was very smooth. Overall, the Thoropass team was very communicative throughout the entire test. They did a great job of ensuring they weren't creating any operation risk when testing different components. Their reporting was efficient and clear, but also detailed allowing us to make timely decisions on how to proceed with their feedback. They offered a very flexible and easy retest process as well for anything we wished for a retests on. Overall, happy with our experience and how thorough the pentest team was in their testing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thoropass is helping us consolidate a lot of our compliance management. As a small organization, it is extremely beneficial to have a solution that allows us to consolidate a number of compliance needs such as security training/tracking, vendor risk management, policy documentation/review/approval, automated evidence collection for audits, and security questionnaire support all in one location. This allows us to work from a centralized location for our security needs and still feel confident that we are covering our security needs effectively.
