What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass makes compliance easy. It keeps everything organized, so I don’t have to stress about missing anything. The reminders and automation save me time and the support team is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a bit to get used to the system. Some features could be a little more user-friendly and the setup process felt a bit long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going through SOC2 Certification and Thoropass is really super helpful and does a lot of hand-holding for our team
