The support we get is top notch. Also, we love having the ability to keep everything in one portal and not have to have multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We have been very happy with our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass helped us achieve SOC2 compliance and manage HIPPA and GDPR as well. The dashboard and the recurring tasks reminder is excellent. It helps keep us on track.
