What do you like best about the product?
Within the context of non-profit organization and working with many individuals reluctant to embrace new technology, Virtru's embedded email encryption solution has proven to be the simplest and most effective solution we could roll out. After more than a year of use I can confirm it was a smart decision and well worth the cost over alternative solutions offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team wishes they could initiate a secure email natively from the mobile gmail app vs using the Virtru app but its certainly manageable and understandable. Also a minor, gripe but Virtru requires reestablishing credentials something at the most inconvenient times. Its an understandable need given the nature of security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to handle communications involving PHI on occasion. This fits the bill perfectly for secure communication with external partners.
