What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting is super intuitive and easy to use. It was very easy to get implemented and up to speed with how to use the platform. The quant and qual features are both great. Their contributors also provide really great detailed feedback during qual sessions. Customer support is great too, they're quick to respond and replacing contributors is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quant tool could use some work. It's currently very basic and doesn't offer many functionalities, but I know there are a lot of things in the works and I'm excited to see where it goes.
