Kyvos helps me to dig into user journeys anytime I want

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos handles high-cardinality product usage data really well. I can break down user journeys, feature interactions and retention cohorts without writing complex queries or waiting on our data team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kyvos offers powerful capabilities for building complex filters and calculated measures, and with a bit of onboarding, even non-technical users can take full advantage of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kyvos has replaced the need for static product reports. Now I can explore product adoption trends on my own and feed those insights directly into roadmap discussions. It’s shortened our feedback loops.

I don’t need to rebuilding data for every BI tool

What do you like best about the product?
Because of Kyvos now I don’t need to create separate datasets for each tool. Once the model is set up, teams can use any BI tool and explore data without any conflicts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s some setup work at the start, but after that, it runs smoothly without much upkeep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was spending too much time fixing performance issues and preparing data for different teams. Now, everyone uses the same model, and I can focus on new projects instead of constant rework.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos helps me and my team to easily explore supply chain data across warehouses, suppliers and regions. We can now analyze inventory levels, delivery times and order patterns in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of training to get used to how dimensions and hierarchies are modeled, but once I got the hang of it, the workflow became intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to rely on weekly reports to detect bottlenecks. Now, I can see order delays or inventory risks as they happen and alert the team right away. It’s helped us improve fill rates and reduce overstock.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos helps me track marketing metrics across all regions. I can slice campaigns by channel, region and see results instantly. The consistency in numbers across tools like Excel and Power BI is a big plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything has worked well for us. The interface is familiar, our teams quickly started using it after deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to rely heavily on IT to extract and merge campaign data from different systems. With Kyvos, that’s no longer needed. I can dig into performance on my own and make quick adjustments mid-campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos gives my team live updates about customers, which helps us spot churn risks, track usage and plan interventions. It’s great how I can drill down to individual customer records or zoom out to see the bigger trends, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing major that I’d count as a drawback. If anything, I’d love to see a mobile app or lighter interface for quick checks during meetings. But performance and data access have been spot-on so far.

We used to wait days for customer health reports. Now, Kyvos gives us instant access to the same insights. That’s helped us be more proactive with support and tailor our engagement better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Kyvos gives us a governed, centralized view of all financial data. It handles deep hierarchies and complex metrics, yet keeps things simple for my team. The Excel integration is very smooth and without any performance issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven’t run into any issues that have slowed us down. The platform works well and the support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to juggle multiple versions of financial reports and teams often spent time validating numbers. With Kyvos, we only have to define our metrics once and use them everywhere, so reporting is faster, more accurate and a lot less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?
Kyvos makes it easy to manage access. We only have to add business logic at one place and it is reused across reports. Having Kyvos has drastically reduces errors and now we know that no one is using outdated metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out as a concern. The platform is mature and continues to evolve with our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I had to review reports often to ensure teams weren’t using outdated information. Now, with Kyvos, I don’t have to worry about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I can control who can have access to Kyvos, from one place. No need to go tool by tool to apply data security rules and filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. It gives us the control and visibility we need, and we haven’t run into any blockers using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with unauthorized people seeing sensitive data. Kyvos helped fix that with better control and tracking.

Kyvos is solid. Functionality-wise, there’s nothing to complain about—it’s been delivering consistently.

Kyvos replaced our need for fragmented OLAP cubes and summary tables. Now, we maintain only one unified model and everyone, across BI tools gets the same trusted data. It saves time and reduces errors.

What do you like best about the product?
We always get up-to-date numbers on all our assets. Checking for risk across old and new data is finally easy.
