Robust system, with lack of governance and adequate support
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows a freedom to the company's scenarios that exceeds other tools. The updates in recent years have been bringing many new items to the system, which expand its range of products and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM's team support is not adequate for the size of the company we operate in. This leaves much to be desired in this regard, which greatly reduces satisfaction with the product and other IBM products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the problems directed to IBM have been handled in a manner unsatisfactory to what we envision as excellence.
