Best solution for Risk and Compliance at 2024..!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has really helped us to integrate with various risk management modules that has helped us with seamless data sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience in building work cases in Openpages has been very efficient as it has linking functionalies which has made all aspects available in real time.
Also i like how it has good interface for policy reviews.

It is very helpful to ensure compliance with regulations and it's very helpful for risk management.

I enjoy keeping track of my team's progress on audits, and i'm looking forward to the automation that IBM openpages will bring, especially with the Robotics application.

To automate a business process, we need to use several tools like reports manager, results manager, robots, and storyboards. it would be really helpgful to have one easy place to do everything...

We use analytics for our internal audits. We can share our findings with audit teams and works together. Audits logs and scripts help us mange it all.

IBM Openpages has vast features in that I am doing risk management, policy Management and incident management It runs smoothly and in policy procedure ensuring all employee are informed and compliant

It is very helpful for Ensure compliance with regulations and it is very helpful for Risk Management, Audit Management and Analytics the Risk And it is very Great tool to help us to insight the data and it is very easy to deploy.

The Cost is high as compared to other GRC tools, and There is some hurdles in User adoption.

With IBM Openpges, all the modules are connected, so you can easily see information free one module in another. This makes it much simpler to assess reisks quickly and effectively.

IBM OpenPages Connects different risk management modules, allowing them to share data seamlessly. This integration gives you a centralized view of risks across various areas like IT, operations, and compliance, making it easier to assess and manage risks efficiently.

Diligent helps us cut down on manual tasks by automating processes within the paltform, and it offers a central place to store everything realated to audits.

Today I feel that communication is better, it is much easier to solve problems via ticket.

The way the first service is considered is not when the problem is being solved, but rather just informing that the case has arrived. I think the response time becomes a bit distorted.

The openpage is used by our business area, I handle the opening of tickets according to problems found by the team and act as an intermediary between users and IBM.

It returns best matching classes for the short text inputs given . With minimum words we are able to obtain the best results in detail oriented form.

The accuracy is better but still it can be improved so that we can make it involved in powerful automations.

We use it mainly for product search with different short keys of customers.

It's straightforward to use, and no special training is required. A series of documentation is available to assist. No need for a Data engineer for data processing

As the AI uses several algorithms for classified data, so can not expect faster processing, so this is just a limitation. There may be a chance of improvement in coming versions
