What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson NLC exhibits an impressive level of accuracy when it comes to classifying text. It can comprehend and interpret complex language nuances, making it a reliable choice for various applications such as sentiment analysis, content categorization, and intent recognition. Its ability to classify text with high precision contributes to the overall reliability of its results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although IBM Watson NLC supports several major languages, there may be limitations when working with less commonly used languages or dialects. Users working with non-mainstream languages might face challenges in achieving the same level of accuracy and precision as they would with more widely supported languages. However, IBM is continually expanding its language coverage, so this limitation may improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the sentiment or emotional tone of text is crucial in many contexts, such as social media monitoring, market research, and customer feedback analysis. NLC helps in analyzing the sentiment expressed in text, whether it's positive, negative, or neutral. This enables businesses to gain insights into customer opinions, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance products or services.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, thanks for creating a product like this. This is an excellent one that helps us to collect our data insights. Now we can analyze our client's language. It helps us to take better steps in our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using this tool for the last few months, till now, it's solving the issues we had. In my opinion, we didn't find any dislinking issues. Overall, the progress has been satisfactory thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a set of audiences' text data to analyze. Before this product, we had used some product that was not satisfactory. This one helps us analyze the data and the opportunities to change our view of studying.
Customizable risk management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable workflows and calculations help us to automate business processes. Especially the questionnaire functionality meets our requirements. Lastly, the product support team always provides clear instructions and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrated reporting tool Cognos is not easy to use for beginners. Additionally, the access management possibilities are rather powerful but very complex at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenPages heavily facilitates the capturing, monitoring and tracking GRC assessments and issues. It provides a holistic view of the organizational risks.
Good Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best text classification classifiers with good accuracy and easy to fine-tune on domain-specific tasks. Easy to implement and deploy to a server in a quick time
What do you dislike about the product?
More advanced open source NLP classifier models are available which could be better alternative for the classification task.

Some of the text classification tasks, like sentiment analysis and intent classification on user query

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use. Using it, upload your text data and classify it easily. We can use this data classification to analyze social media analysis and email filtering or several applications where we can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am using it, I do not find any specific point where I can dislike it. It supports multiple languages and the quality of qualification based on language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is beneficial where we require categorization required. It is helpful for Virtual Assistants or chatbots to understand user queries. It can be used to categorize products on the e-commerce platform automatically. It will be beneficial to organize unstructured data as well.

IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier is a fantastic tool for classifying coding languages. Using this tool helps to understand the coding languages very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything to dislike about this tool. However, continuous feedback is required to keep improving this tool's usage for all users in an organization.

It benefits all users who find it difficult to understand the coding languages. This tool simplifies the language understanding process and makes it easy for the user.

It is highly customizable and can be changed based on our domain.

Data Security: Since data is stored in cloud servers. Little worried about data going out of the environment.
Not highly integration supported: Integrating the tool with other tools is challenging.

I think it still needs more development, however over all so far so good

IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier is the best for text data analysis. It helps us detect people, events, & other types of entities mentioned in the input content given to it using its out-of-the-box capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of NLC is a bit on the higher end. Hence, it becomes slightly difficult for individuals/small businesses to use it. Apart from that, due to its constrained knowledge, it sometimes produces results with a high degree of inaccuracy.

IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier is making text data analysis easy and increasing the productivity of the team. IBM Watson is highly responsive to its client's requirements.

You can create own classifier with set of input and correct classes after the training new classifier can accept new questions or queries from the user.

It was mainly created to support customer techsupport industry where it can be used as a virtual assistant to answer few of the common tech related issues which useres face in day to day life. This would internally helps to reduce manual tech support intervention
