Easy Website Building with WIX’s Simple Drag-and-Drop Editor
What do you like best about the product?
WIX is a platform that help us in building our website for our company. This software made sure that we were able to update all the details related to our company on a online platform and also create a website without the professional knowledge of coding. Working with this tool is much easier you just need to do some drag and drops with the basic knowledge of it's user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
You will have to create the design of the website with limited templates available on this software. Also after selecting a template it becomes very difficult to change it later on. You will have to design your website according to the available templates only. This is the major disadvantage of this tool according to my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix gives us strong online presence just in few months also this platform helped in gaining the trust of our customers and showcase them our latest upcoming products. After creating a good website we are able to reach audience of pan India and also able to cater them in much better way. This software made sure that we have better revenue increment every month.
User-Friendly and Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I love Wix because it's very organized and user-friendly. It didn't take long to learn, and even after not using it for about a year, I found it super easy to get back into. The customer service is always super nice and very helpful. It's not like programming or anything hard, and because Wix has been around so long, most common issues are easy to Google and figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page formats are a little strange, but it's easy-ish to work around it. Sometimes your original plan doesn't work. Just like adjusting margins, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix provides an easy way to store my ideas and track progress for my project. Its organization and user-friendliness make it simple to use, even after a long break, and customer service is always helpful.
Outstanding Live Customer Service Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is refreshingly LIVE!!! Alex was a real-live breathing person who fully understood my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the set-up screens are not fully user friendly. A little more intuitive processing would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unable to use the payment via Wix without a formal business plan. As a small cottage business, a formal plan is not needed for me, at this time. So, I will NOT be able to process payments through Wix for the foreseeable future, and Alex explained it to me.

The flexibility with its "unstructured" editor is a big plus for creatives like artists and photographers who want more unique layouts. The AI Builder is a standout feature for me; in 2026, it helps rapidly prototype a website by generating a full site draft in under 30 minutes just by describing the business. This is a game changer when starting from scratch, as it moves you from 0 to 80% complete quickly. I appreciate how Wix respects where you are in your journey, offering an AI Builder for those who need a site fast and a Standard Editor for those who want to customize every detail. Separating design from content with Dynamic Page layouts is genius, especially when managing lots of data, as it creates pages automatically without messing up the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix uses absolute positioning, which means it doesn't always scale down perfectly to mobile on its own. You have to design the site twice because things can overlap or be hidden in the mobile editor. And for most Wix sites, if a user tilts their phone to landscape, the site often looks stretched or broken because you can't customize a separate landscape breakpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that yu can build a professional looking site, and that it connects with a lot of apps like Shopify.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that its not as easy as they say to build a website. I had to go watch a few Youtube videos to learn how to create separated pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create a simple basic page for my company. My clients could click my link and find my website.
User-Friendly but Pricey for Simple Sites
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Wix for its ease of use in crafting a webpage and setting up e-commerce connections, especially if you have no clue what you are doing. It's really easy to design a webpage and plug in e-commerce tools, billing, etc. The initial setup of Wix was very easy for me. I give high marks for its ease of use and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive if you just have a basic brochure site. What you're really paying for is convenience. If you don't make many updates or once you know what you're doing or hire someone to build a site, it's a big cost savings ($200-$400/year) to move off of Wix and onto another service.

I use Wix for simple hosting and ease of use in building a website. It helps beginners design web pages and integrate e-commerce tools smoothly.

I also find that moving a site away from Wix or making deep technical changes isn’t very flexible compared to more open platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Wix could reduce the hosting prices. The hosting prices are sometimes misleading, giving an offer for the first year without clearly stating that they will increase the next year, which gives a false price hope for customers. They should be really transparent about how much they will charge us the next year too, not only the first year.

Comprehensive Platform with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Wix has everything you need all under one roof. I also value their customer services because if I've got any problems, they're very quick to help and resolve them. The apps make things easier, like for drop shipping and SEO, to support my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm the one-man band, and sometimes I feel so overwhelmed with everything that needs doing, such as all the accessibility, the SEOs. Everything. I just feel sometimes I'm overwhelmed by everything and that I'm drowning in everything that needs doing. Also, it was very difficult for me to set up initially because I didn't know what I was doing. I've never had a website before, so I was blind, and there was little to help. Finding how to actually set up the layout of your website and how Wix can help you to do that wasn't immediately visible. You have to actually hunt for it. Some of the apps are very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix because it gives me a platform to reach out to people I wouldn't have the chance to connect with otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Wix for website design and to scale my business because it solves the problem of un-complicating website design. I like their simple features and their customer service. Chris was great, and he helped me restore my site right before a partnership launch. It's hard to design with restrictions, but when I use Wix, I don't feel restricted. Furthermore, when I need help, I prefer real assistants, not AI, and they have just that. This is why I was able to save a site with the help of my buddy Chris!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Wix should develop their own YouTube channel for commonly asked questions with videos for easy access. This would save us as designers countless hours. The website gives open reign to the design. Since it's so open - which is a good thing - sometimes it's hard to know the full capability of what I could be doing with my site.

Wix solves the problem of un-complicating website design, making it easy for me to scale my business without feeling restricted.
