Effortlessly User-Friendly with Remarkable Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Wix is. For the most part, other than my issues today, it is very user-friendly. And I like the affordability. Those would be the things that I like the most, I would say.

Wix solves my need for a website with its affordability and ease of use. The customer support is great; Lance resolved my issue completely. I also like its user-friendliness.
Intuitive Design, Stellar Support, but Pricing Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of Wix because it gives me the freedom to create great websites that are only limited by my imagination. The platform is intuitive and easy to understand, which makes teaching my clients how to use and maintain their websites straightforward. They can confidently use Wix knowing they can't really break it. I also appreciate the excellent customer service; it feels like having a team of experts available 24/7 who are super responsive and always willing to help. Having the flexibility to manipulate Wix elements without needing to write code is a big plus, as it allows me to deliver better results for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are developing so fast that for a single operator who has a long client list and is short on time, it's not easy to keep up with the significant developments that are happening. And, like every product in the world, the costs (pricing model) keeps going up. Many people like Wix because of the free option and the affordable plans, my fear is that they won't remain one of the most cost effective solutions which will make it harder to sell their products to people who only want the most basic of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is intuitive and easy to use, empowering my clients to manage their sites confidently. The platform allows me to create unique designs without coding, enhancing creativity. The customer service feels like having a team of experts, aiding in quick error identification, saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
I also noticed that managing bookings and updating availability feels smoother once everything is set up. Small edits in service details or timings can be done quickly, which helps when clinic schedules change unexpectedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the mobile layout adjusted more automatically without needing manual tweaks. Also, the editor speed can be improved slightly when working on multiple sections. A bit more guidance inside the dashboard for first-time users would make the experience smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Wix solved the problem of setting up a website without needing technical knowledge. I did not want to depend on someone else every time I needed to change a small detail. It made it easier to put everything in one place and keep it organized.
Instead of explaining services and timings separately, I can structure the information clearly. If something needs to be updated, I can do it myself without much effort. It also feels more professional compared to sharing details only through messages. Overall, it saves time and gives a more stable and organized online presence.

I love the customer service; it truly is the best. I also enjoy the interface and how it stays ahead with technology. The design is intuitive, allowing me to click, drag, and drop, and I have more fun with its interface.

I'd like the mobile and tablet version to sync much better. Without doing a lot of heavy lifting to make it compatible.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the Templates option for creating a website: you can simply pick a template and customize it to match your requirements. The drag-and-drop functionality for adding sections or removing them is very accessible and straightforward. It’s not complex at all; it’s genuinely easy to use. The most surprising feature I came across was the inbuilt media library and the generative art tools for website content. It makes things super easy and relevant, especially for a non-tech developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that it sometimes lags in between while performing tasks like customizing your website. Other than that, there’s nothing else I’ve encountered so far. They just need to optimize it further for a better user experience.

Wix is solving one of the most common problems: the need for a high level of technical knowledge to build a website. Earlier, someone without tech knowledge couldn’t create even a single web page, but with Wix you just have to pick a template, customize it according to your needs, and the rest is taken care of by WIX. This definitely saves time, money, and resources. Earlier, a website could take weeks or even months to develop, and now that can be done in a few days. It also provides analytics on the website (WIX) itself, so it reduces the headache of linking another third-party analytics tool.

I love Wix's ability to build my website with just drag and drop without having much knowledge about coding. The ability to integrate the website with so many other tools makes it very seamless. Also, the initial setup process was pretty straightforward and very easy without facing any challenges.

I've noticed that sometimes, when making changes to the website, the Wix editor is not lag-free or very smooth. It's jittery and laggy, which hampers the overall experience. This could be a concern for beginners who might get stuck or notice that it affects the website.

WIX as a WYSIWYG Site Program, the vast ability to start off with a template to get a website up and running but to fully and with every possibility to customize every aspect of the website as your business grows.

Even when my issue isn't fully resolved, I know that it is only a matter of time before they will get back with me with a direction or an answer.
WIX has built both a great software and a powerful team of people to back it up. It is exactly what makes your services a 10 out of 10. As I have been in tech support of software products for 15 years and I really never give a perfect score, so understand... I do not give that lightly.

It can be a llittle confusing when it comes the email automations and getting services linked up appropriately. As there's not a "confirmed, this has been set up properly." But ultimately, with enough digging... the answer can usually be found.

Wix is helping a local non-profit get a far cleaner, better-functioning, and overall MUCH better website to bring the organization into what we are hoping will become new growth.
