Need a website but don't know how to code? No problem, use Wix.
What do you like best about the product?
So, so, so easy to use. Just select and template and add your info. There's a ton of templates to choose from too. And it's super easy to buy a domain or connect one you already own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little steep, especially if you don't buy yearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Wix to build my website from scratch.
If it's broke, you don't need to fix it

I like how easy and customizable it is, you can make a website that's all your own
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you're super into graphic design and know a lot about it, it can be hard to actually make it presentable like it was shown in ads. There are some features that should be really easy to access (like menu dropdown backgrounds) and it's not apparent how to find them. The help menu is too simple as well, there are just some features/options that aren't in the help section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a presentable website, I like that clients can make appointments on the website directly.
Easy to Use and Looks Great
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use, however, you can still make it more complex and intricate. It is a perfect website platform, regardless if you are a first-time user or have a lot of experience with websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the transfer from desktop to mobile view. It is a bit complicated because some features you worked so hard for on your desktop view are useless. For example, you can spend hours on your desktop view but then when you make the automatic switch to mobile view, certain features don‘t make the trip over. Unfortunately, all that work has then gone to waste and you‘re left with a great desktop view and an okay mobile view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am hoping to take my soccer blog off the ground. I have also used Wix in the past for a personal trainer blog and website. It is a great platform used to be as interactive as possible with your clients. It is extremely easy to use and fun to work with!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Wix because it creates wonderful images and interactions with its users.
Great website designing for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
We loved all the design options and how easy it was to learn how to use. We can add restricted access to members only to some pages, which is a feature we were struggling to find at an affordable price. We also loved the available images - very professional looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more customizable items were more difficult to figure out including the member sign up and approval process for new users of the website. We did figure it out but it wasn’t as obvious as the other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Wix for a non-profit organization website where members can easily access updated information and communicate with each other.

I have only used the free version, but it did everything I needed it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I was using the free version, I had advertisements, which I did not like, but understand why they would need to do it.

It's essential to have a website in this day in age. A website is a perfect tool for your customers to obtain more information about your product.

Nothing I really dislike. It's so easy to use I recommend to everyone.

I'm a marketing professional and it's what I use for my own website! No need for anything fancy - wix does the trick.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a user friendly web design platform that makes it easy, especially for small business owners. It's great for basic ecommerce functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The designs were very basic and customer service was difficult to navigate with. We had problems implementing a complex monthly membership card retrieval system and ended up going back to shopify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially used Wix as a trial run with a new ecommerce company and found that it did not offer the features we needed for complexity.

Ok for basic web use or if you have a designer that can code. Otherwise is difficult to use for complex websites.
