Ease of creating new website
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manipulate and change and design without coding and easy apps and pretty design options
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly like it all, but my only complaint is that I wish there were more global settings for the whole site that were pre done, for SEO for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
website, customer acquisition and management and communication, SEO analytics as well

so easy to move everything over and create new nicely designed website and easy to update

When I was using Wix to operate my website, there were many different layouts and options to best fit what I was trying to communicate.

Because so many people use Wix, it is sometimes easy for websites to look very similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A strong website is a necessity in today's online-driven business culture. Wix allowed me to create an eye-catching webpage that provided necessary space for important information

Wix is a great platform for starting a website if you're not entirely familiar with code and things of that nature. If you are running a more complex system such as e-commerce, however, it might be difficult to get the details of your website exactly how you want them.
Very easy to use and advertise
What do you like best about the product?
I run an online and in person personal/fitness training business and a website is a MUST! It was so easy to design with videos, photos, captions, pricing, etc. I loved the ease and the layout so it made designing a website for my business so nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the ads that are added to my website. You have to pay a bit extra to get those removed but that is my only complaint!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conflict with redirecting to PayPal! Benefits is the quick pace or redirection and easy to access different workout plans and meal plans
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to have a general idea/outline of what you want because there are sooo many options on how to decorate and organize your site. Wix has a wide variety of options so an outline would help you in the long run to know what you want and how to do it with the site!
Beautiful but sometimes glitchy
What do you like best about the product?
The default layouts and patterns are simple to use. There are options for customization in every area. The free tools like Subscribe and website insights are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to purchase the premium version to connect a domain (even if you already own one). Sometimes layouts glitch and the support team isn't always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix blog platform is good for reaching new audiences and encouraging them to take action (subscribe). It's allowing to find customers who may have not been reached otherwise.
Great for beginner website builders
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can put a website together in just a couple of hours with ready to go templates
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service can be slow to respond. It takes forever to track down a way to contact them - every menu first directs you to self help Q&A.

A need to communicate and reach customers. We have acquired new contacts by having a website.
It's so easy to make a new web site now!

It is great to built and design my own website.Simple and quickly. Also I can make mix designs. So I cab customize everything!

Almost nothing. Just the mobile version. It is limited in editing an customize functions.

If you do not know much about graphic design then this could be a tricky software to use.

If you are looking for a way to create a website in an easy and affordable way, then this is the way to do it. There are customization features that you can use for just about anything!

I really enjoyed the easiness of the website. It was super easy to build a website that was functional and easy to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did miss that they had some restrictions when building my page.

I had to create a portfolio of my past projects and clients that could showcase the jobs I have done.

Wix is really good with how easy it was to use but when I tried to build e-commerce into it, it didn't perform the best.

Wix is easy to use and has an amazing interface for creating a website from scratch. It offers multiple design options for the website layout. It's also affordable for everything it offers and allows for different payment plans depending on how much you need to have/offer.

While there is a lot of website design options, its option for HTML editing is still basic on Wix's interface.

Having a website/ease of creating and editing website/keeping it up-to-date.

If you are looking to create a website with both affordability and easy to create, Wix is a great site to use. It offers a lot of design options along with offering a lot of design options.
