Wix excellent tool to create websites
What do you like best about the product?
Wix offers a variety of templates that are very useful when choosing how we want our website to function. The platform provides editing options throughout the entire creative project, and what has always seemed very appealing to me about this platform are the different call-to-action formats that are already preset, such as boxes and buttons, which are very useful for those who create pages that sell advertising or promote the sale of a product and/or service. Additionally, this platform helps me create images and content for social media, drawing inspiration from its extensive catalog of images, fonts, and filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Wix allows editing and customization of its templates, one of the things I dislike the most is the platform's inability to save changes quickly and securely. On several occasions, I have invested in some editing that ends up being lost due to the server's slowness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is a very useful tool, it allowed us to create a professional profile website without having design experience. It is very easy to keep projects started on Wix growing thanks to its variety of templates and intuitive platform, where we were also able to solve all the components of the website, starting with a creative design and devising a friendly and interactive platform for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wix is an excellent option for entrepreneurs and creatives looking for an intuitive platform to easily create customized websites at a minimal cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to work some pages with WIX and i have to tell that its a wonderfull option. By that time, i didn't had so much confidence with Web design and its complete process to can create a really cool website. Sometimes i used to work on Wix just as a Editor to make some really cool pieces, because have a great tools and filters, and of course and awesome gamma of clip-arts and animations included.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great tool to make websites and stay with the service, but i think sometimes it gets buggy, maybe just because my PC at that time it was not the best work machine, but i think turns kinda slow, also depends on the browser you're using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could say that Wix its a great tool to manage some website and even monetize. You just have to be patience and its so easy to learn, if you're looking for some editor and hosting this could be your best option, if you are a creative person, you'll find the best options and material to get what you want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Wix its a great opportunity to the people who wants to learn and get awesome results even learning and always knowing that your work its gonna be there online and you can manage every second and even have some CEO''s experience.

The Wix ADI! It asks a few questions and helps you create a custom website in minutes! User friendly!

The amount of keywords you are able to target is low.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the easy Content Management Systems. No prior Knowledge need. No coding needed. Can easily create a website and make it available to public.
What do you dislike about the product?
For coders its a sad news that there wont be any coding to do.

I created a website for my project at university. Its free of cost. Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The platform of the program; so easy to create a website using the various templates

Pricing and limited ability to use different add-ons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up a website for an non-profit organization is so easy; people love it! Benefits is that it is simple to use and yet easy on the eyes for the viewers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the editor to complete all the basics you need for a website. It also always runs smoothly and the editor never crashes for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more room for customization and being able to build more complex designs. But it works for what I need personally. For a while they had these weird auto-sharpen thing on all of my images and it was essentially ruining my portfolio, and I was about to switch website hosts, but then they got rid of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix for my business website/portfolio and it is really easy to use and upload new content to quickly.
Perfect for quickly building a nice website
What do you like best about the product?
Very is to use. IT’S FREE. It is flexible and uses WYSIWYG technology so that you can see how other will view your site while you’re building it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay extra for the ability to add code. So no google analytics for me.

Very Easy to Use and Customize
What do you like best about the product?
Wix really gives you options to get the exact look you are going for. I think the templates are really helpful if you want to get started quickly, but I like to use them for inspiration more than copy and paste. For someone who had never designed a website before, I feel like the backend is really user-friendly. The tutorials are a huge benefit to the site as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one frustration is with the photo galleries. You can get the look you want with a lot of playing around, but there aren't as many customization options for this specific tool as I would like. One other thing I don't like is that a photo is automatically set to open or link to something else. You are required to select "do nothing" on each photo if you do not want it to open or link when clicked. I'd prefer the standard was "do nothing" and you could opt in for linking. Minor issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to work on our website in-house as opposed to hiring a web designer which saved us a lot of money, and we could also manage the shop function ourselves. Although it initially required time to set it up, the maintenance is very low.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I first used Wix for my former employer where I redesigned our whole website. I found this site very easy to use and so I used Wix for my personal blog as well.

I dislike some limits there are. I would like to see more professional looking add ons.

WIX helped us to control our own website and apps. It gives us complete control to edit and change things quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When starting with WIX it is easy. So, start trying it out and playing with different apps. But, also have people review your work because the spell check is there but grammar is a little more difficult for them to catch. Otherwise it is super easy to use and change.
