Very easy to use, yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Quite powerful and a lot of options to choose from. There are a lot of different apps that can be used and loaded
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always intuitive. It can take a long time to get formatting right and ensure everything is setup correctly. When designing my own sites, it's not uncommon for it to take a long time to get everything set up exactly as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up my own site to do some of the ecommerce side of things. I set up my own site for a club I ran at a university, and also for an ecommerce site I was setting up on my own. As one who had not done any programming myself, it was nice to found a product that enabled me to get everything up and running very quickly.
Simple, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I was tasked to use Wix in order to make edits to a freelance client's website in summer of 2017. While neither myself nor the client had much experience in the platform initially I found it relatively simple to make edits, clean up code, and set up tracking for paid social ads which I also ran for the company. I also really enjoyed the look of the final product, the pages were clean, simple and got results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve, especially with navigating pages and settings for each one. I ended up having to google some answers, as the help desk could use some improvement. Also the SEO aspect could use some help as well. I struggled making effective SEO changes to the pages and had some issues with share text updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paid social tracking is the big one. We needed a way to accurately measure conversions and conversion value from our Wix pages which was pretty simple and seems to work with no issues! Also because the client was a restaurant there was a large focus on their photography and the quality that those images would appear on the site. I'm happy to report there was no major loss in quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While it's not insanely difficult you will need at least some basic web knowledge in order to not hit a brick wall in using Wix. Also google and youtube are your friends when troubleshooting, as the help experience could stand to get some improvements.
Great drag and drop website builder.
What do you like best about the product?
Works great if you are designing a website for a small project or personal website. It's fully drag and drop website builder which is very user friendly. I like its inbuilt SEO feature and it really works to show our website on top pages of google search on related keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't support java script so I can't add my marketing automation software code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is simple and helpful tool to create a website by using drag and drop feature. We have two website on wix and they are working very fine also I can customize it at any time I want. Secondly it has so many inbuilt element to build a responsive and attractive website. Also had so many plugins available for live chat, SEO, Lightbox etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is very easy to navigate. I am impressed with the variety of templates, backgrounds, text, and images available to you. I had never used Wix before but I was able to create an account and build a website with a functioning store very easily. You can create everything you want for free and only pay if you are completely satisfied with the results, so you have nothing to lose!

Honestly there is nothing I dislike about Wix that I have found so far. Great resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating websites and webstores for customers. I then decided to use Wix to create a website for my personal use to promote my business and use as a showcase for design possibilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are unsure whether or not to give Wix a try, I would completely recommend them. You can create a fully functioning site and ready-to-function store all for free, so you really have nothing to lose! If you are interested in the marketing aspect, they offer email/newsletter programs as well and have easy access to link your social medial pages.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, especially for someone who just started crafting websites from scratch. So much easier to use than Wordpress, for example. Templates are great, and you have a lot of wiggle room with creative content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to format photographs that are not standard sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to build our brand and increase online traffic with a modern, clean site. We've received those benefits from Wix. I am now a customer of this company, and I still enjoy it's easy of use and clean appeal.

Keep as many options as free as possible. Love this feature.

Some of the things which I personally disliked was :
There are lot of pre-made templates available and are difficult to make changes in them according to your need.
Also to remove the advertisement from your website you will require to upgrade your package to the premium which will cost you the money.
You can say the Wix is clearly not designed to manage the heavy e-commercial needs.

I would surely recommend these to be used as your primary way of creating your website. WIx- what can i say about it. I will definitely give your website a professional look and would make others think that you have invested thousands of dollars.With its ADI technology , it will surely make its way to the top in the website builder name.It has a comprehensive customer support center. But there is only a single drawback that, e-commerce tools are slightly less.
Great for lite users, bad for hardcore users

The drag and drop aspect of creating the sites is incredibly easy to use and build a decent site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix has a bit of an SEO issue. It has a terrible URL structure that is NOT SEO friendly, plus a few other SEO issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have my personal marketing agency on Wix and love the customization that it has for you. Easy to use! Plus, it gives you Google AdWords credits.

What do you like best about the product?
I could go on and on about WIX. I have used WIX both free and premium for over five years now. WIX has simplified my business website for a great price. No coding experience is necessary and they have a suite of apps and design tools to allow you to create a beautiful and easy to navigate site. It's easy to switch around and updates instantly. That is probably my most liked feature - you edit the website and it goes live in seconds. Makes changing our offerings around much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that aren't available (sub pages within sub pages), but they take suggestions on things to add and are constantly updating their abilities. There are also workarounds for those things, so I guess there really isn't anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no coding background and creating a website prior to finding WIX was always daunting or expensive. WIX allows me the flexibility to update my website daily if I wanted to, which is incredibly helpful being in the ever changing wedding industry. It also has a built in SEO wizard, which helps to get our website further up in search results on Google and other search engine platforms.

Don't even hesitate to sign up. They offer amazing support, design tools, apps, and even Google SEO help.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Wix is to use. It is very user friendly and incredibly easy to get started with and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the templates could be combined, manipulated and customized more to fit the needs of the company a little better.

We are solving the need for a website that is cheap and can be updated easily. We have realized the benefit of ease while using it. Anyone can login and update the website from any location.
Easiest Website Builder I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag-n-drop interface the best, and there are at least a dozen webpage elements that can be mixed and matched. Additionally, there are dozens of variations and ways to customize each element. Theoretically, Wix could be used to generate an infinite number of unique websites. The interface is so user-friendly and extremely well-thought-out, that I don't think I actually needed to ask any questions. Once you get the site built and optimized, even for mobile display, publishing is just a click away!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, building a website on Wix is not free, but you get what you pay for. I think maybe Wix should include a "wizard" to coordinate stuff like site colors and styles, particularly because there are SO MANY customization options that it could easily be overwhelming. Having different site versions during building might be a nice touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I bought a new domain for my freelance writing business, and I needed a modern website to show off my profile and attract clients. Wix is such a well-built machine that even website noobs, such as myself, should have no trouble developing a stunning website.
