YOU CAN CREATE HIGH QUALITY WEBSITES IN SECONDS BY USING WIX
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Wix is that I can create a super professional websites in under an hour. It´s really simple because I just have to enter a category for my website, and then choose one template from a long and beautiful list of website themes ready to be used. After that I only need to select the theme and add additional content (such as title, more images, blog entry content, more sub-pages and so on); I can do all this by only clicking on Wix panel, and then copying and pasting the content or ideas I´ve already created. I love Wix because they have made web design ridiculously easy for anyone who has basic computer skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Wix is that I can´t connect the domain I have to my free plan; this means that I have to buy a premium membership to accomplish this task. Furthermore, I really dislike that sometimes the site completely freezes when I´m adding new content, when I select an object or, when I select or upload image. Then, I have to wait for years (metaphorically speaking) so that I can finish editing my theme. However, this doesn´t happen very frequently, so I have to say that Wix is a nice tool for creating beautiful websites in a short period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I´m solving with Wix is that it allows me to create a professional and beautiful website, in a short time, so that my prospect clients can get to know me more, and even buy services from me or from my links. I think this is the most important task that a business can accomplish, even if it´s a personal, home “business” like mine: putting yourself out there so that prospect clients can get to know you and love you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the Wix team: you´ve created an amazing tool that I think might surpass Wordpress in the long run (or the “medium run”). If you could allow users to connect their domains to a free account, I think you´d be the favorite tool for all web developers or blog owners, who have no web development skills, but that want to start a website. Thanks for giving the world this tool.
Easy Website creation and management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a ton of options for website creation and you are able to do it all through WIX without having to outsource buying your domain, email, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It felt... cheap sometimes. It didn't have the most beautiful feel always and felt like I constantly had to upgrade to get something more inclusive. There was this constant *upgrade* to do something you need to do, so I did! I upgraded and paid about 150 for about a year or so... and I just don't feel like it was worth it and I also didn't get the SEO I needed to be super successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and being able to have a hosting space that looks good and is easy to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For cheap, easy use... use it for a free website or a website that needs ONLY a homepage... not for photo use and more invasive.

I don't like that Wix has so many options. I get a bit overwhelmed with all the options

Great website builder
What do you like best about the product?
Its very nice website builder. Very easy to use and create website. Even a beginner can create website using wix. Great user interface and nice templates available for website building
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited templates and some animations does not work after publishing website. A lot of wix websites are built on flash technology which is not used in new websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using wix for creating websites as per requirement of clients. It is easy and fast.

I would recommend wix for those who are willing to create website of their own and commercial use also
Beautiful, relatively easy (and free!) website designer
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Wix can help me create a professional looking quality website for free. You can, of course, pay for your own domain but I don't mind the Wix logo on my website-- especially when it looks gorgeous!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be sort of complicated to use. There are so many customizing features, but yet some of the most simplest things (adding and changing font, moving text boxes, resizing or moving images or media) can be the most complicated. I've noticed that sometimes it glitches (not letting me customize something on the page or move something correctly) until I refresh the page and reopen it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to create my own professional website to store information about me, my teaching and background, resources for my classroom, and my blog.

I would definitely recommend Wix to anyone looking to make a professional website easily and on-the-cheap!
Good platform for quick websites
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for someone who doesnt know how to code but needs to build a website and go live with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on creating websites. But of course you will need to know web development to get something truly custom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have helped many restaurant clients who use Wix for their primary website to add links and connect them to their online ordering platforms and social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wix is great if you need a website for your business or personal use and don't know how to create it or have the funds to pay a Web Developer to do it. If you attempt to use it, I believe you will quickly learn how to set up a website that will meet your needs at the moment.
Efficient and Simple Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fast array of website designs to choose from on Wix. Although some of the options are rather constrained in use, it is a quick solution to get a simple website up and running
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the strange place holder address created while designing the site. I also find the interaction between google cal a little funky, and wish there was an easier way to have music played on the opening page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using our Wix site to post information about scheduled events, provide online forms for customers and increase our readership.
Everything a non-coder could want in a website builder
What do you like best about the product?
Most point-and-click website builders are limited in functionality, but that is not the case for wix! The capabilities are practically limitless. As a marketing professional with very little coding experience, building functional landing pages that also look professional used to be impossible if you couldn't afford to shell out a lot of dough. Wix completely revolutionized the industry and put the power back into the marketers hands for a very reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are minor glitches such as videos not displaying correctly. These are easily remedied most of the time, but if you aren't able to figure it out the support team is very good about helping in a timely manner.

Creating customized landing pages, lead capture and generation.
