Easy and Creative Web Design
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to choose from multiple website layout designs and customize it to your liking and what exactly the site you are creating is for
What do you dislike about the product?
I would sometimes get a lot of error messages after I created the site, I wouldn't be able to view it without trying it in incognito mode. The cost of it was also slightly pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To expand the knowledge of my organization and create more awareness for what it is about.

Wix is easy to use and great for people who want to quickly made a website.

Customer service is lacking at times and the program can be a bit confusing.

Pretty and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Wix makes a beautiful blog and is completely customizable for every single user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very time-consuming and might take a little longer than average for the not-so-savvy internet user to create a nice blog

Wix provides an aesthetically pleasing blog for selling products, services, and goods that will promote your brand easily, but for a price.
Easily Customizeable and Dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about wix is the ability for me to customize my websites easily with drag and drop functionality. In addition to that, I love the templates and the powerful widgets you can add and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy and slow at times, especially while during the design process. The blog feature could be more customizeable. The pricing is becoming less competitive compared to similar services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a website. Wix solves that problem. We also appreciate the access to useful analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a creative type, wix is great for you. If you'd be overwhelmed with creative options, perhaps something less dynamic might work better.
Simple, Intelligent designs
What do you like best about the product?
Wix appeals to a broad range of skill level. Beginners can opt for the assisted AI option while seasoned users can use more custom designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prebuilt are slightly more limited as you gain more experience in designing.

It's a good option for simple building on a budget.
Good for small business and basic applications
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a very easy to use website building platform. You can use their templates or build from scratch using their intuitive drag-and-drop design studio. We have been able to build sites that look completely custom built.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix has a very closed system, so we are unable to integrate our Wix websites into our marketing automation software, which is quite a problem, especially for medium and large sized businesses. I wish we had more access to the backend code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make custom looking sites extremely fast using Wix's easy design studio. This has helped cut our development billing hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that Wix is capable of what you need it to do before starting, specifically check to see if you will need access to backend code for any reason before choosing Wix as your templated website solution. If you are using this for businesses, try not to rely on their templates alone, and use some unique design elements.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use dashboard that allows me to change the look of the site instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some options are harder to find on the site than others. Types of buttons and toggling between selections can be difficult.

Easy access for clients to purchase products.

Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can choose to use one of the default Wix layouts or design your own webpage yourself. I have tried both options myself. Designing the website yourself can be very time consuming but also appears much more personalized than if you use a default layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using one of the default blog layouts can be much easier and less time consuming but also looks more generic. You are able to change the color scheme of your blog. But you cannot change the font type for each default layout, you have to use what is given. I also dislike that there is no easy to way to see the number of website views you receive. The only way to see this information is to go to the Blog Manager > Insights. From there you can see how many people read each post individually. I would prefer if there was a way to see how many people viewed your blog in total.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing a fashion and style blog that offers advice and information for my readers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good website builder as far as free ones go. I believe you can make your website look professional and personalize it to an extent that most people would be happy with. It does not have all the bells and whistles that others may have, but it is pretty good for a free service.

The mobile website version editing tool is lacking in functionality.
