Wix has been my favorite website design platform to date.
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer with very little coding experience, I still have complete control over how my websites function and look without needing to outsource the job to a coder who might not full understand my intent and need. It is simple to use, versatile and provides my business with the best customer service, with ever-growing add-ons and options, ensuring I have the best quality website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I run across elements that have yet to be designed by Wix so I must wait until they have a chance to update. Twice now, I have reached out, inquiring about a specific feature that seemed to be missing and both times, not only did I get a quick response but that feature was soon available to the public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quick, easy, accessible and affordable: all things I need for quick updates and a professional look without a huge cost.

Great Product, Making progress.
What do you like best about the product?
Wix has been easy to use, and the templates and designs have been getting progressively easier. Produces a nicer looking website than creating it from scratch, which is quite an accomplishment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is a bit rough. They have quite a bit of FAQ and scenarios on their websites, but they really should have the ability to speak with a rep for the trickier things not addressed in their forums, like GoDaddy does. Also missing some fairly basic functionality on on ecommerce side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix is great for everything from throwing up a quick template or placeholder site to creating a solid long term site, something that would ordinarily take weeks and cost thousands.

Great product; best website builder, in my opinion.
Easy to use, good for the pricing especially for start up business.
What do you like best about the product?
Best website software hands down especially if you are a new start up business and have no experience building a website. Great price too for the software to build + monthly hosting and bandwidth. Easy interface for users and lots of different options to customize your site. Lots of savvy and professional templates to choose. Can include video, chat forum, create events and collect online RSVP's, even able to create a member side with individual member login and of course a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there is nothing that I dislike about this program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem solved is not having to pay separate fees for a web service...everything is rolled up into one monthly service. WIX gives it to you all under one roof for a low cost.
Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Wix makes it very easy to create stunning websites and is easy to update. Wix is easy to update and implement the website. There is basic SEO that is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to fix the code yourself. Better SEO would be nice, like review of language of the blogs to make sure that you are writing it correctly for SEO. Also, make sure that the proper meta tags are updated would be good. It is hard to get into the nitty gritty of website design and optimization with Wix, which is the major drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating awareness for my business, and this has allowed me to create modern content for my blog that I can then cross post to social media sites to maximize my awareness across the web.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. The option to optmise the website for the mobile version is such a joy to use with outstanding results. I really like its flexibility and the template available that can be customised easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Wix at the moment I'm a very happy user.

The challenge to create a website in a short time in house without paying for contractors and coding

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many features Wix includes for free including domains, website building, blogs, videos, online stores, and email marketing. It's very easy to use and I use it for websites for myself and others. Beginners can use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not call a real person if I have a problem. I once was charged when I shouldn't have been and I could only email someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make my websites on a budget and all the features that normally would cost me are included all in one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems like people weigh this against squarespace and I'm not sure why. Wix is much much more easier to use. More people use it, so yes, there are more bad reviews from shear volume. But I can still solve everything on my own without customer service. Squarespace is much harder to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that WIX provides templates and easy tools to build your website. I found it very easy to plug in the applications that I wanted and customize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a way to incorporate private albums for my customers to view and purchase photos from. Some features don't seem to be available or they are not easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients are able to contact me via my website and WIX has made it easy to build my simple contact form.
Easy website builder for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates provided which were easy to understand and guided us through implementation. The UI/UX is also very clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the flexibility of plugin configuration

Wiz helps to provide our product and service overview to our clients. We are able to demonstrate our capabilities in a clean concise way to drive engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need customer service support from the company, I recommend using a different solution. It's very difficult to engage someone to help work through issues.

Ability to promote our website when wanted to bring it online pretty fast.

Quite costly. Do not plan for longer run time to host in it. Have something setup fast and plan to make your own
