Good platform for web building
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and cost are some of my main priorities at the moment. I have had to use their support as well and it has been very responsive. My website is clean looking and easy to navigate. It has a lot of inegrations, I can link it with my outfy, for automated socialmedia posts and they let you use email function in the plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking up to google is easy, but getting your website crawled and recognised is an issue, cleaner code would sort this. Also their sites support one currency at a time. Does not link with Royal Mail click and collect in UK, so you'd have to pay extra for labels and dispatch in UK (if you're dispatching yourself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has the integrations I need, like Printify, Prodigi and Outfy. They walk you through the SEO, which can be a bit time consuming and they have good support.
User friendly & Clean layout
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is super User friendly. In my opinion its the most simple to understand when building a site & store from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that most third party software integrates with shopify best; not wix's faut.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix makes website creation a breeze with its drag-and-drop interface and pre-designed templates. You can easily add text, images, and other elements without any coding skills. The real-time preview feature lets you see how your site will look as you build it. Plus, Wix has built-in features like contact forms and social media buttons. And it automatically optimizes your site for mobile devices. Saves time and solves the intimidation factor of building a site.

Not a lot of flexibility on the free plan

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can add sections or stripes for easier creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on moving objects around, gridlines of the app

Creating your own website and being able to update it regularly
Really Bad Support - Horrible Support
What do you like best about the product?
Maybe that its possible to easily create designs but with Squarespace its much more easier and covenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Klaviyo its full of mistakes, it doesn't pull the rigth information so you can never trust on this integration. Wix support never know or either try to solve something its crazy bad.

I'm an ecommerce web administrator, so its possible to create ecommerce in Wix

This is a basic tool that can help build websites for personal or small business purposes. Not enough features to create complex websites

Wix has helped me build custom websites on the go, saving both money and time. Also, Wix offers good deals for custom domains

What do you like best about the product?
I just love how its set up to automate visions through limitless scalability, hundreds of code free website templates and advanced functionalities. An outstanding website builder that's here to improve business and elevate you on the world wide web.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its got some SEO limitations and unnecessary ads on its free version that i hope can be addressed. Long term cost is also a drawback.

TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE
What do you like best about the product?
that its all inclusive without any extra app fees needed

literally everything else. Customer service is worthless, even on a premium plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No extra app fees for a online store, online booking, etc.
Impossible to get support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and make changes. Good access to free images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to start from scratch. Impossible to reach support. They put you in a continuous loop and do everything they can to avoid connecting you with a person, even when you have a subscription. My website goes down two or three times a week. No one will take responsiblity to fix the issue. Best to use any other platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get a website up and hosted, but it is not stable. Also, I used their logo service and it takes a week for someone to respond to an email to fix issues, but they only respond with questions and not solutions so it takes two to three weeks to fix a problem. Not worth investing in.
