Easy setup and lots of features, but overall experience needs improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
They seem to be getting slightly better at customer support. I have received some responses from them. Previously they were ignoring my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a history of not being good at customer support, and I have experienced this as well, however I have finally received some response from them, so they appear to be getting better at this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, they’re causing my business more problems than they’re solving.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Wix is its highly intuitive drag-and-drop editor, which makes website design quick, visual, and easy to manage. Wix Studio offers a lot of creative freedom for layout and styling, while Velo lets me add custom logic and more advanced functionality whenever I need it. I also appreciate that hosting, security, payments, and the CMS are all integrated in one place, which keeps everything streamlined and makes the overall workflow smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix has limitations when it comes to deeper, code-level customization, which can be restrictive for complex or highly specific business requirements. More advanced functionality often ends up depending on third-party apps or workaround solutions rather than native features. Additionally, long-term costs such as domain renewals and add-ons can be higher compared to using standalone providers, which may impact overall scalability and cost efficiency for a company.

Wix removes the complexity of building and managing websites by providing an all-in-one platform with design tools, hosting, security, and CMS included. This allows me to design, launch, and manage websites quickly, reduces technical overhead, and helps me focus more on design, functionality, and delivering results efficiently.
Wix Makes It Easy to Build Professional, Creative Business Websites
What do you like best about the product?
For our company Dortoservices wix is a website building platform that help us in creating professional websites for our business. This tool has different type of Designing options available. From drag and drop options to template customisation everything is almost available on this software to design new and creative websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenge with wix is that its interface as is very complex and there are lots of different type of plugins and other elements editing options available on its local designing server where we didn't website so for understanding each and every feature you will have to watch more than 30 hours long YouTube video so that you can understand about all the customisation options and design a good website for your business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it multiple times to design static as well as dynamic websites for our business. It provides real time designing option and also make sure that the website looks premium and classify for a business even a new user can understand its features and create a basic website for their business.

I would like to see more local and region-specific payment options supported, as this would make it easier to serve Icelandic customers and businesses without relying on workarounds or external integrations.

I use Wix to build my own website using AI. I really appreciate a lot of features it offers. The AI builder is impressive and can create a website in less than 20 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, the many apps available help with SEO, which I find very useful. The initial setup is also very easy, making the experience smooth and pleasant.

I find the Wix app on the Play Store not good enough.

I like the customer service a lot. They are always willing to help and come up with solutions. It is also pretty easy to navigate. The initial setup was very easy, and the team explained everything in detail. I use Wix to manage my online store and it's been working well for me.

Reliable Service, But New AI Features Frustrate
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service at Wix. Over the years, I have been very happy working with them and I find that they solve all my website problems, so I don't have to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the new AI features on Wix. I thought they would be friendlier and more helpful, but I didn't enjoy them at all. I'm a bit old school and prefer the good old-fashioned way of doing things. Another issue I had was that setting up a site today was difficult compared to several years ago and I ended up canceling everything I did because of the frustration.

Wix solves all the problems for me. I don't have to worry about my website with Wix.

I find Wix to be very user friendly for the most part. It helps us build our nonprofit website page effectively.
