What do you like best about the product?
I love Wix because it allowed me to build my first website without needing any coding background. It's great for beginners and offers customizable professional websites. The platform helped me create amazing websites with all the features I needed, like linked images and web support. I really appreciate the wide range of templates they offer for different categories. Whether you're building an e-commerce or a support website, they have different templates that offer various designs, themes, images, and functionalities. The initial setup was really very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think most of the features are already included in the free version but if you want some features you must have to purchase the premium version. Like custom domain we can only get at on a premium option and storage options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix to build websites without any coding skills, making it perfect for beginners. It offers thousands of customizable templates for different categories, allowing me to design sites that fit exactly what I need.

I find Wix easy to use with functions that are not hard to figure out. The menus are straightforward, and the team is very helpful. The updates are good and make the platform better over time. Even though I'm probably not using it to its full potential, I'm getting there. The initial setup was very easy, which made starting my website a smooth experience. The customer support, especially Juan, was absolutely amazing, super helpful, and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to make global changes to the whole site in one go, like adjusting the entire site's background or fonts with a single click, because I don't see a button for global settings.

I use Wix to build my website. It helps with updates that were long overdue. It's easy to use with clear menus, and the team is helpful. However, I need to find a way to make global changes more easily, like adjusting the site background or fonts all at once.

I appreciate the drag-and-drop builder that simplifies website setup and maintenance, saving time and reducing the need for technical expertise. What I like most about Wix is the ease of designing and updating a professional-looking website using its drag-and-drop editor, combined with built-in hosting and features that simplify management. I also really like Wix’s wide selection of templates, which help me launch a site quickly. The built-in SEO tools guide me in optimizing pages for better search visibility, and the app integrations allow me to add features like contact forms, analytics, and marketing tools effortlessly. The initial setup was easy and intuitive, with guided steps and templates making it quick to get a site up and running.

Some advanced customization options are limited unless you use Velo, site performance can slow down with heavy apps, and switching templates after publishing isn’t flexible. More control over design and performance optimization would improve the experience.

That wix watermark in the website like i have created the site but i dont publicly announce that i have made through wix, I know it can be removed using premium but still if they remove the watermark then it will be great.

In recent years I have been doing Dropshipping and I have decent growth on social media and due to that I need something which is automated and lower down my time given to that order pasrt only and wix help me a lot in that.

Wix has a good amount of plugins but less than WordPress. I'd like more advanced design capabilities, faster site performance, and better SEO controls.

- Customization limits – the drag-and-drop editor is great for quick sites, but once you start tweaking the underlying code or trying really specific layouts, you hit a wall. A more flexible CSS/HTML editor (or at least a 'custom code' block that works everywhere) would help power users. - E-commerce pricing – the transaction fees on the lower-tier plans can add up, especially for small businesses just starting out. Offering a flat-rate or lower-cost add-on for payment processing could make it more attractive. - Template switching – if you’ve already built a site and later want to switch to a different template, you often lose content or formatting. A 'template migration assistant' that preserves your pages and styles would be a big win. - App marketplace – some of the third-party apps are a bit pricey or have limited functionality.
