Good but not Great
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a good beginner platform to use to build your own website whether its for personal or business use. Overall, the platform is easy to use and you can freely move designs anywhere as you choose. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to images locations, where you can place certain things. That is probably what I liked most about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I mainly dislike about the wix site is the lack of apps and functions associated with this platform compared to others like Shopify. Wix has an easy to use interface but not so great when it comes to various functionalities. Shopify definitely has the upper hand when it comes to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to use Wix to start a website for our business. The overall experience was good and easy to use. We were quickly able to use the platform to build our site with the various templates available.

Try it if you need a quick and easy platform to start building your site.

My Competitor But Also Decent
What do you like best about the product?
Since the time Wix started, they've developed well and added a few more features to their platform. I like their e-commerce integration with the website. Also from the point of design view, you can add background image
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I say that the platform has developed yet it still feel clunky and not dynamic enough to build or design a website using their templates. that's a big letdown for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily uild a website for a client so that they will be the one to continue to manage it. That flexibility with client is good and very handle and my clients appreciate it as well.
A great website builder for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Wix can potentially be a free website builder for those are looking to save but make a website for whatever you want to show. There are plenty of options to choose from with different templates and options to customize your website to your liking. Many tools to choose from as well. You also get a domain as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite feature is that once you pick a template you cannot change it. I dislike that you have Wix branding all over the site and it has it in the domain but that is a nitpick and it's free so it's okay. More premium features do cost more with a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An affordable way to start your own website without breaking the bank. Perfect for small businesses just starting out and want to get their name across. With it being free there is a lot to choose from to make your website stand out.

If your looking for a way to make your own website at an affordable price this is the way to start. If your looking for an easy to use website builder for begineers this is the one. With templates and ways to customize it is easy to create a unique website.

What do you like best about the product?
As an advisor at Gigg I recommended Wix to graphic designers in the organization and truth to be told it has not let me down because it's templates have enabled them create a logo or designs that are ideal.

As I had stated earlier wix is a product that has worked better on me for I have not experienced any bugs or cons concerning it, therefore, so far so good with wix.

Wix is an intuitive and versatile product when it comes to setting up websites as well as designing different blogs that we usually use to help us improve our blog writing skills

It is not hard to develop websites because many advanced options are available to make websites easier. All templates are responsive and easy to use. We can add SEO meta tags on target pages. In the page section of the website, we can set URL slug, Title, and meta description. When we are required to add content on a page, we use the drag drop option and add a content section with or without image. It is secure and easy to develop a client website in less time. Compared to other website builders, Wix is the best website development solution.

The best part is the drag and drop for images, content, and "strips" - it can change the whole look and feel of the site and makes it unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times images move slightly and you have to over-correct them to get them to "sit" in the right spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating the website without the need for massive redisgn. Able to add some movement with their effects draws attention to certain aspects of the site that would be overlooked.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the abundance of themes and the beauty of the designs. It had some nice integrations and was generally easy to use, but nothing special I'd say. Compared to square space i much prefer square space.
What do you dislike about the product?
When designing pages there were too many different options to tweak, spacing, lines, colors etc. You can get too deep into design and waste a lot of time. You also had to design a mobile version separately which was very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped the business i had at the time get a webpage up and running so that we had an online presence. We were not able to use it for much more and I would not say it increased our business performance.
