Easy website
What do you like best about the product?
I created multiple website using wix and they are so professional looking. No design skills required. I love how interactive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run of 100 pages on the website and that's the limit of wix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A nice looking website so my target audience can get the information fast and easily.

Easy to use, and you can design separately on desktop & mobile.

Templates could be better for beginners, there are some dated ones that could also be removed.

Great professional look with easy setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed setting up my first website with Wix. The ability to see a PC browser version and switch back to mobile was great. Setting up the look was easy, but most importantly, it provided a professional and visually pleasing website. Compared against setting up in WordPress is not in the same arena. WIX 10..WordPress 6. My current website is thru WP, but I miss the simplicity of Wix.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. Dislike that it was so easy, it made switching, due to developer preferences, to WordPress was difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
made a professional-looking website in a few hours compared against WordPress in a few weeks. I really liked the ability to see the website on phone, was great as most content is now on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Wix; it has helped me build very good websites for my organization without spending too much time and without relying on in-house web developers. The minimum of experience and the one acquired over the practice has been enough. I love all the features this platform offers me, starting with the drag and drop feature; it simplifies so many things. It's the best web design tool, confirmed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation I've come across as a Wix user is that I can only work based on the default templates; it's not very open to customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has helped us in the first line to reduce web development costs because now we make our websites with a wide range of excellent designs and functions that allow us to move with more power on the web. The websites we have built through this tool are audience-friendly, which has allowed us to attract more customers and make our business flourish more.

It's worth it; it's an exceptional and fast web design platform. Wix is incredibly easy to use, great for getting started creating your websites.

The ease of use was amazing. They've made it extremely easy to design a website with hundreds of templates and tools.

Their design platform is glitchy. Features will move or get deleted without me doing anything.

Best platform to start a business
What do you like best about the product?
I use Wix for my online jewelry shop. It has great features and the best part is that it's very easy to use for an entrepreneur with limited resources. The user experience is probably my favorite and it has everything you need to manage and fulfill orders. You can also create great-looking pages to make your website look professional. It is also competitive for its pricing, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is me or what but the SEO part is tricky. Wix has lots of great resources to help with SEO, but I feel as though nothing has truly worked. For e-commerce, it is also limited in the types of sales you can run - you can't run a "sale" per se, you always need to make it through a coupon code. Last, the integrations aren't as great as Shopify but quite impressive. For example, I can integrate with Facebook Ads Manager, Afterpay and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking for a good ecommerce platform that will help me sell my jewelry online. The benefits I've received are a professional looking online store with limited resources and coding/program knowledge, easy fulfillment, and more.

Best website when you're a beginner entrepreneur or have very limited resources. Wix is great to help you consolidate tasks and has lots of tools to do heavy lifting for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that editing the website has easy-to-use toolbars. I also like the variety of templates available at no cost. In addition, they do not offer many features that you have to pay for, meaning you can complete a beautiful, content full site without buying add-ons. I also like the easy of adding photos, videos and menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the functionality of background strip and sections. I haven't been able to easily link a function button to a specific section of a page. Once I start editing to my specs, the sections do not line up and its difficult to edit. I also dislike how the mobile view is almost always distorted. I feel like you have to rebuild most of the website for the mobile view and sometimes its very far off from the web view, which I find is unprofessional looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating websites for small businesses: restaurants, podcasts, marketing, real estate, photography and sales. I can create a site quickly and efficiently for a small business with little downtime. Pages are published immediately for review and it has helped me communicate better with my clients as to what direction they want to go in. From an IT point of view- the options are basic compared to PhotoShop, Illustrator or InDesign, but WIX options are more than sufficient for small business needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small business or just an information website, Wix is a perfect solution. I feel the templates stand out better than any other website platform I have used or seen. The editing and publishing process has been made simple enough to learn without a tutorial, yet complex enough to make a professional site with photos and videos embedded.

I started using Wix when I wanted to build the web for my company. I didn't have budget to pay a designer so I wanted something easy to use. With wix I can use templates that helps me to easily build the web

The Seo is a bit complex but once you read about how it works, it is easy to make it work

I'm not tech savvy so it was sometimes too complicated for me, but once I got help it made more sense to me. The support was very nice and knowledgeable.
