Wix Review
What do you like best about the product?
Wix is a inexpensive, convenient and straightforward way to build and create high quality and professional websites. You can do it yourself or book a designer for a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor tool takes a while to load or freezes. Luckily, the site auto saves, so it's impossible to lose your work/ designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix tremendously lowers the costs associated with hiring designers and web developers.

Not well integrated with other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like that wix offers a blog option and e commerce for your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find it to be intuitive or easy to navigate. The integrations with other platforms is lacking.It is not easy to send your blog out in a customized format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website hosting, e-commerce, blog hosting -- It is nice to have all in one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend identifying why you want to use wix and comparing it to other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I've made a few websites before, but never has the process been so painless as it was with Wix! I was even able to upload my color files and logo files, and they immediately matched them. Voila! No custom coding required, just easy page creation and customization. There is no reason that the other most popular website builders and themes can't offer this option - but they don't. Their store option automatically works with your site - no complicated installation, connection, or setup required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything so far - haven't found any dislikes or problems with the programs or setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix allowed me to quickly create a website for a new product that I wish to sell. This saved an incredible amount of time that I used to spend selecting and installing themes and plugins, and trying to get everything to work together. It also saves money in the end, since I only pay the monthly fee, instead of paying to purchase everything up front, such as a year of hosting, a year of subscription plugins, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly improving their platform by adding new features, etc. I've been using WIX for over 14 years and never had an issue with their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having white-label options for web designers that use WIX for their clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-friendly web designing builder where anyone can easily create a website with no coding experience.

WIX is an excellent platform for DIY folks that want an appealing site without spending a lot of money.
Wix does the job for most small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly simple web builder if you're prepared to navigate some of its design flaws. It is limited in some more complex capabilities like building specific service packages. It has always worked for me, is moderately priced, and does what I've needed it to do in the past. It can optimize your page for mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in creative design/structuring as well as limitations with adding code or widgets. It seems like they're always trying to get me to purchase more add-ons despite being a premium member. Customer service is always kind but can't always resolve my issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used wix for two different site types. One was an online portfolio of art and writing and the other is for a small virtual fitness business. It's been so far very easy for my to build by myself and after only a day of work, my fitness page is about 75 percent complete.
Wix works great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can quickly create an eye-catching website in less than 30 minutes. It's very user-friendly with great integrations!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the ads that they place on the site in the free version and the limited amount of URLs that you can choose, but it can easily be fixed by just paying for the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have solved with Wix are easily creating a website to sell products and give your customers easy access to your inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place with WIX. If you have automation, email, social media, ads, chat, analytics, project management needs then WIX has it all. There is no true drag and drop editor like WIX on the market which makes it easier for creative people to design websites without needing to write any code.
What do you dislike about the product?
WIX editor is not responsive unlike Squarespace or most Wordpress editors. It definitely gets the job done but if you are working on a website that has specific needs for breakpoints then you would have to use Editor X which is still very new. Editor X is still working out the kinkes before it can be a competitor of WebFlow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIX allows me to create a website 75% faster than a developer would. When it comes to SEO or reputation management, being able to create a website very quickly for the purpose of elevating an initiative is easy for WIX. IF you are not very tech-savvy, and you do not want to learn other platforms, WIX has it all set up in the dashboard making it a one-stop shop for all of your marketing needs.
Great way for a startup or side hustle to easily start a website in a few hours
What do you like best about the product?
Wix has all the functionality, look, and feel of a website that can be used to establish a great online presence and place for your business to capture sales. It's very easy to start designing, editing, and publishing your site. It is perfect if you are someone that has little to no experience in web development or website creation. They are great at walking you through every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are looking for much more customization or a higher end website than Wix is not the right choice. It is very good at being an online polished web broshure of your business but to actually have more customization we moved on to Wordpress. Also we didn't see very good SEO on wix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix was great to get our business online quickly and at a very low cost. It was perfect for the first year and half to build creditibiltiy and trust. Everything was simple to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the ease in which Wix allows its users to enhance their creativity and gives them much freedom to share their content via their free services before application of paid servicces. This product has been instrumental in the novice and experienced user wanting to create websites for their endeavors. Really a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, this company has met my expectations with all the capabilities it provides the user. This company has been in existence for YEARS and continues to offer improvements - all for free! No dislikes; no issues to report!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted my users to have a platform in which to showcase their imagination, their salesforce, their creativity! The benefits are tremendous in that the user has many options in which to explore with their product or information in which they are promoting. Wix gives them a platform for their minds t expand and their voices to be heard!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WOW, what an excellent resource for anyone wanting to promote their brand and reach clientele for their company. Even with the free version, the user is given many tools to create their website and make their brand. Definitely a great tool for educators, students, ANYONE!
