Graphic Designer using WIX for YEARS!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Always evolving. Great drag and drop website solution with an e-commerce option.
What do you dislike about the product?
More tool means it can sometimes get cloudy to find the tools you need

I design the site then turn it over to my clients and teach them how to update and use it. Works great!

Wix a great help, a great platform, your online website.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Wix is that it is an economic platform with different plans accessible to different types of customers, and it has a wide and versatile portfolio of web templates very well designed with the professional touch that is needed, also its integration with the Different social networks allow me to expand the different services and software that I am offering, it is really great that it offers many customization options, such as adding Blogs, uploading videos, links, integrations with third-party products, in short Wix is a great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Wix is very good, it is far behind more advanced platforms such as worpress, this tool is more focused on small businesses that are starting the online business, since it lacks advanced tools such as visit statistics, number of likes, Interactions, Profile visits that each publication has, click made, among other features that are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix on my personal page to promote my services in the sale of security software, as well as I use Wix as a third-party application in the company where I work since it serves as support giving additional information about the different security systems we develop, taking into account that previously I had to design a website from scratch with complex programming codes which took me a long time to place my websites online, but with Wix it is different, in a very short time I had my website online and in addition to Various websites of other customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Wix for entrepreneurs who are starting in online marketing business, since it does not take much experience and knowledge since with this tool you can develop websites with a professional quality, I would not recommend it for large companies or if you want to implement a site more complex website with analysis and information of visits, linked to adsense.

A creator who has become an indispensable tool for creating websites for me and some clients.
What I use the most and of course it is to my liking are the Wix templates since they are very visual which I use taking into account my needs and those of my clients which are small businesses, restaurants, online stores, musicians, photographers and artists I really like how your designs are optimized for mobile devices,
Wix allows me to work on very detailed design and add animations to texts and other elements,
I can use Wix in other languages without any problem. The Wix editor integrates 16 languages. It really is a very efficient system and really easy to use.
I enjoy its extensive application store with excellent image galleries, videos from some social media and external applications can be integrated quickly.
In short, its results are very positive. It is an intuitive and easy to work platform. The page, once published, can be found in the different search engines present in network.

The advertising that includes if we don't get a Combo payment plan. The free version and the ConnectDomain version include Wix ads and After choosing a template I cannot change it without losing the content I have added.

I managed to create fantastic online presences for work groups which were with the presentation.

Everything is pretty much preset but you can also edit aspects of it to make it your own!
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat restricting since its preset and I don’t know how to code so I can’t make edits I’d want to.

You are not a developer and wants to build a website. Use WIX!

It is a great tool to build your website with ease. You can customize as you like and it gives you the guidance as you build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though we have given the customization, sometimes I felt those customization are not enough to get want I want. Other than that, there is nothing to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Squarespace to build websites. I have switched to WIX because of it is user-friendly. I have helped my colleagues to develop their own sites and published them as well.
Ok for fast easy simple websites
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Free option can give you all you need especially if you're not aiming for a large or complex site. Good for less tech savvy folks, simple blogs, portfolios, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version doesn't give option for ecommerce, also if needing to transfer your content to other hosting, it is not a simple process, and in some cases is impossible without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was great in helping me realize I needed more options. I've since moved to Siteground hosting and wordpress based sites, but many years ago, wix gave me a good beginner's look.
Great for designers with no programing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Wix is that you don't need programing experience to build a website from scratch. As a designer I sell Wix website designs to a clients, I ask them to create an account and after finishing the website, I just transfer the site to their account, real easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes are slow, it almost doesn't matter how good your computer is, when creating complex thigs, wix can be really slow in performance.

In passato ho utilizzato Wix per la creazione di siti poichè questo era un servizio gratuito.
Il sito che si va a costruire sarà un sottodominio di Wix (ad esempio: www.sito.wix.com).
Ciò nonostante su questa piattaforma, è possibile registrare domini personalizzati acquistando uno dei vari pacchetti premium, eliminando così il "wix.com". Un enorme aiuto vien dato anche dai contenuti d'esempio, quindì l'utente può semplicemente modificare il tuo contenuto, creando facilmente tutte le pagine. Se si ha bisogno d'aiuto, c'è l'apposita pagina per richiedere l'assistenza necessaria per risolvere i propri problemi.

Sicuramente uno dei problemi riscontrati su Wix riguarda la scelta del template grafico da utilizzare.
Purtroppo non si puo' cambiare il modello velocemente, senza lasciare i contenuti delle pagine intatti.
Una volta effettuato il passaggio all'altro template, sarà necessario ricreare le pagine.
Inoltre l'uso di Wix gratuitamente, include la pubblicità (che personalmente la ritengo un po' invasiva).
Per rimuovere le pubblicità è possibile effettuare il passaggio al pacchetto premium(Vip-Illimitato-Combo).
Purtroppo non si puo' cambiare il modello velocemente, senza lasciare i contenuti delle pagine intatti.

Questa piattaforma non è progettata per gestire ecommerce di grandi dimensioni.
Io personalmente la consiglio per la creazione di siti statici e di piccole aziende che non hanno molte pretese.

Secondo me va migliorato l'editor da mobile, ed inoltre, ritengo un po restrittive le opzioni degli abbonamenti, in particolar modo quello 'Combo'.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix has great looking templates and easy drop-and-drag features. No coding required!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Wix, but you can't migrate your site to another server. This means that I can't build sites for many of my clients using Wix so am forced to use website builders that aren't as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix makes building websites so easy and quick! No more headaches, wasting hours searching the internet forums trying to find the right piece of coding.

I really like how I was able to make a website for my business and send all the webforms filled out to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was kind of difficult navigating the dashboard page. It took me a while to figure out how to get to the website editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of marketing our business and not having to pay someone to build a website for me. It saved me time and money doing it myself.
