Wix is a very intuitive and simple website builder
What do you like best about the product?
I like Wix for different reasons:
- It has totally free pre-built templates to quickly create websites.
- Thanks to its powerful drag and drop editor you don't have to use coding.
- It has a really affordable price.
- It has a customer service with extensive communication channels, to find answers to any query.
- You can restore a previous version in case any element is deleted by mistake.

What do you dislike about the product?
The SEO tools provided by Wix are not really efficient. I have noticed that Google does not correctly classify keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with Wix has been really great. It is possible to create a website in a couple of hours. Your website builder has a drag and drop function, to easily add elements to the website. Another advantage is that it can be used for free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software has really met the requirements of our organization. It is an easy to use and simple platform. I recommend Wix, especially for beginners.

What do you like best about the product?
It all started with a simple need for a page to use personal creation, but over time Wix became my favorite tool for web creation. I'm not a programmer, so Wix fit me like a glove. From there onwards my fingers began to be used for the assembly of personal web projects that have helped me develop my ideas. Over time I realized that Wix is a perfect platform for electronic stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have generally worked harmoniously with Wix. But on other occasions, I have needed to clarify a question about the scope of the platform. In these cases, the contact I have obtained from Wix has been very poor. Their customer service does not meet the expectations of support necessary to get them out of trouble. It is a service that must be improved in order to have the necessary support and continue managing Wix with all its potential for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix possesses the necessary power in these times when multimedia content dominates almost all web content. It features a powerful and user-friendly interface. This power enables it to manage numerous elements, including its own templates, and supports elements to enhance the page's appearance, such as text, images, and videos. Wix is excellent for great ideas, backed by its templates and variety of designs. Wix is ideal for these situations.

Getting a website up was easy and straightforward. The drag and drop functions were helpful, and transitioned well with my experience in Microsoft Office applications. I found it to be very streamlined and uncomplicated to get things up and running, and it was a great service to get a website up for my freelance medical writing business.

I felt that there was less support and less overall recommendations suggesting Wix as a good platform for SEO, and for growing my customer base. I also thought the plans were expensive after the introductory year of a lower price and free domain.

One of the main strengths of the application is its super friendly and easy to use graphical interface, as well as having several very useful features that allow the user to create endless elements within their website and thus give free rein to the imagination. Due to its great flexibility in its functionalities allows users who do not have a strong background in programming can use the application without a big steep, one of those functions is to drag and drop objects into the templates without the need to program from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions granted on a project are not as granular as they might be, it would be nice to have a permit which only allows the editing of the website in certain sections within it this would add protection to parts of the page that you would not want to be damaged or spoil for no reason. Prices for more advanced plans increase considerably from each other so it's often difficult to choose the one that best suits your requirements. That said, I don't have other complaint of this great app.

For an entrepreneur like me who likes to do everything on his own, having a tool like Wix in my portfolio of applications is a primary importance since it represent my digital exposure to potential customers, this forces me to have a content of high quality content on my page which generates high levels of engagement on any user who enters the website. Due to its smooth learning curve and my basic level of programming I was able to use all its functions without any problem that its documentation did not solve.

For users with a small company like me that doesn't have a bulk budget they can't afford to hire an web designer expert, Wix is the right choice because it allows people who don't have strong knowledge in programming and website design being able to use the app without any problem plus it offers features that make editing even easier with features like drap and drop elements within the page, a really long list of customization options which will make you worry only on using your imagination because Wix will take care of the programming part.

The fact that it allows me to build a site where I am in charge of the site--no developer needed. I can crate an HTML site where I store data and info for clients to easily access

Wix feels like a very free application, but at the same time when talking about Wix you can talk about control. When working with Wix you can talk about it being a page that gives the user full control of web design without having to have knowledge about programming codes. You only need the desire to make a striking page for various uses. It depends on the idea of the person this page surely fits the type of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix has a single design line with only one end. It should be noted that Wix does not update, so the changes in the pages are not visible. That way, for that part, Wix forces us to work in a single time where mistakes can remain uncorrected. It would be more comfortable if you could work in the old style of slide shows, Power Point type, so that the version changes are saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The commercial use was what I liked most about Wix, since with this tool you can, for example, create businesses, display an art or an online store. So if the aspiration is to project products for marketing, they will have on Wix the web platform they need so that the product has the necessary sight in the created pages. In my case I was able to upload to my pages my best creations that are now going around the net. Wix is a great virtual showcase for marketing or line.

For the creation of a high quality website it is very convenient for them to have a quality tool. I present to Wix, a platform with which you can build high quality websites and in a personalized way.
