Create quality websites
What do you like best about the product?
I love Wix because it has a large number of templates to show a professional aspect to any project. The best part is that you can customize the web page design easily with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add images or multimedia content to the website from this platform can be a bit annoying as you need to take several steps to upload the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has facilitated the creation of different websites at a very low cost, being able to reduce the expense of creating micro websites to improve the content of our brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is highly recommended to use this platform for companies with low budgets and for individuals who want to start an online project.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is very user friendly website building platform, with many features that can help our clients. The website builder is superior to others we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix does charge more for some basic services, even after you're already a premium user. They have an ascend platform to use features on your website like lead capture forms and downloads on submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Wix to build websites for our agents. We've been able to optimize SEO for their sites, and grow their practices organically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the premium plans, but watch out for the Ascend plans.

Wix is so easy to use and incredibly powerful. Everyday I learn new features to improve our site and promote our business. We didn’t need to hire web designers because we could do it ourselves.

Customer service is rotten; nearly impossible to get someone on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix provides users with many templates from different categories, business, resume, product and etc. According to your requirement, you can choose whatever you like. And if you want to own your website address without wix words on it, you can pay for your own website name.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't pay, your personal or company website would be represented with "wix" words. It looks a little unprofessional. But actually I pretty understand this strategy as a marketer, it's reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create a website by ourselves according to what we need and what we want easily. Because there are many templates and edit tools can help us to do. After finished your design, you can also pay for your domain website name to Wix .

Easy to use interface and makes website building smooth. No experience needed to make a nice website.

Nothing bad to say about Wix, very useful service.

I created my own photography portfolio easily with the use of wix. It even allows for useful widgets.

En el SEO es muy buena herramienta por la capacidad de incluir meta etiquetas y similares, así como el texto back end.

El tiempo necesario y complejidad de las propiedades de cada elemento, si bien es buena la complejidad que te ofrece, quizás es demasiado complejo el ir elemento a elemento modificándolo porque las plantillas aunque apropiadas, son demasiado modificables y no atiende a unos estándares reales para la preconfiguración o configuración predefinida.
El tiempo de carga es pésimo para una web que quiera enganchar a su público, tarda mucho en cargar, más de 5 segundos y eso que cuento con fibra óptica con más que suficientes megas.

Hago pruebas de 'sombrero blanco' y 'sombrero negro' al ser solo para probar el SEO, no tengo peligro de que baneen la web oficial en los buscadores, así voy midiendo los resultados que obtengo en la de Wix.

Wix parece ser una plataforma sencilla para la creación de páginas online, pero sin embargo, no es tan fácil como puede parecer a primera vista, no necesitas conocimientos informáticos, pero tras la auto creación con una plantilla y las opciones que tú le pongas, tienes que cambiar un montón la web tocando muchísimas opciones y propiedades de los elementos para que quede realmente como tú puedas querer, es decir, que Wix a pesar de parecer sencillo, no lo es, o acabas necesitando emplear mucho más tiempo del necesario o del que puedes pensar que es necesario.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a wide variety of free or reasonably priced templates, with lots of customization. The site is easy to use without any HTML knowledge required, and you can alter the designs rather easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very slow to load the editor and the free version is somewhat restricted, the main issue for me has been the domain, it's a bit hard to link and cumbersome unless you pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're hosting a blog on it, to have more customization than on our main website. It allows more suer friendly blogging, and a more easily altered platform.
WIX for Dummies
What do you like best about the product?
The WIX platform is easy to use and manage. Creating an e-commerce webpage was user friendly and idiot proof. Drag and drop, easy set up, easy management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had troubles getting the credit card processing system up on our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I opened an online art gallery and needed an avenue to show the work and sell the work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I used this product a year ago. I could not get our credit card processing system up and running. I used the platform also for opening a site for a dentist office that has since closed. Since there were not purchases on that site, it was a more smooth process.
