Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Wix gives users as much freedom as possible— there's a huge library of elements and you can even design your own theme from scratch. I love the CRM/Menu functionality for restaurants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to easily transfer content when and if you create a new website design for your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has allowed me to
streamline a lot of my work within one software/tool. It’s efficient for marketers who freelance or manage multiple small businesses.

Give the free version a shot. Then you can upgrade. I’ve been really happy with Wix.

Some of the themes are cool. Other than that the ease of use is not all there like their leading competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly everything. I dont like the setup for anything. The connect options aren't where I think they should be.

What do you like best about the product?
They make it super easy to create a website of your own. There are templates to chose from if you don't know how you want to make your set up or you can start completely from scratch. It is also a lot cheaper to do it yourself than to hire someone else to make it for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it. It is simple and easy to use. I feel like anyone could create a stunning and professional looking web page on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My husband runs his own business and wanted to create a website to advertise it better. We looked into hiring people to make it for us, but they were all too expensive. I heard about Wix and decided to give it a shot. I made a great website and get tons of compliments on it. His clients can email him through the website and ask for inquiries, which is cool.

If you run your own business and want to advertise it better, definitely try Wix out. You won't be disappointed. It is super easy to use and looks great when done!

I love how much I am able to customize my website to myself and my company. I am able to add so many different aspects to my website that help to bring clients in and keep them engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the app that they have for the website, I feel like it should be easier to use and able to do more things for the website!

One of the Better Site Builders
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is being able to drag and drop items into the page where I want them. Before Wix I was confined by coding and essentially learning a new language that was not user friendly and took expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very clunky and drop frames if you do not have a decent computer. My editing computer handles it with ease, but when I use my laptop items will skip across the page or typed text will slowly appear even after I have finished typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Wix to make my own website and it has allowed me to have a professional looking piece of digital real estate where i can direct clients to see my bodies of work.

Wix is a website builder that allows even beginners who are a little web/tech savvy to produce a website that looks like it was coded by a pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
My personal laptop struggles a little with some aspects of Wix; professional-grade capabilities = slow load time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Between their built-in layout options, transitions, amazing stock photos, and customizable content, my Wix site looks better than I ever could've imagined creating on my own.

While I have seen countless amazing & professional-looking Wix sites on the web, I've also seen some made by folks who clearly shouldn't have designed their website themselves. Wix's myriad of features makes it very possible to go overboard & create a site that is either so overloaded with elements that it can't function like it should, or aesthetically unpleasing to the point of being actually unreadable. Wix is amazing, but website building is not for everyone- if this is you, don't be afraid to outsource the labor! I can't tell you how many websites I've visited to consider a business's services, and been scared off so badly by their poorly-designed website as to never consider them again. In this technological age, your website is your storefront; you want people's first impressions to be inviting.

Some of the apps made by wix lag or cause your website to load slowly.

I don't know how to make a website from "scratch" and can't afford a web designer.

What i like best about Wix is the fact that the general website creation process in Wix is very easy and free, it does not require too many processes. Wix is easy to professional and easy to use, its template designs are well simplified and the website loads fast. Wix is highly recommended for professional canvas website building just for free.

Wix is very professional and ease to use in terms of free website creation. I like to use wix and don't really dislike anything about wix but i will greatly suggest that the Wix drag and drop feature should be changed and Html inputs be changed.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is intuitive, constantly getting updated, and very affordable for the quality you get. I have used other competitors and have not received the same results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to switch between the advanced builder and the general, click-to-drag site builder. Sometimes I want to customize the design and other times I want it to be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to best format content, especially image galleries, can be tricky. But there are constantly new updates and employees do listen to our feedback.

Play around with the platform and give yourself time to adjust to the learning curve.
