What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Wix is to use and edit things to our specific needs. It's very user-friendly, so much so that the younger people (who may be experts) in this can use it and explain it to our older clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are certain add on features you have to pay for. With how much we pay, we would expect more features to be free to us. However, we do have everything we need to successfully run our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing customers information about our client's restaurants, such as menus, locations, contact information, special events, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript code, working with Wix is so easy. I can take a visual approach to web design and piece websites together using graphic elements with drag-and-drop tools and other user-friendly features. The monthly cost for Wix is quite good compared to other web development platforms with DIY type of tools. Also, Wix has very nice website templates that can be modified to fit branding and other design specifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating advanced functionality isn't so easy to do with with. Adding code comes with the risk of breaking layouts and functionality in templates and the core Wix foundation. Another thing I dislike is that it's not a smooth process to move our Wix websites to a different host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from the simplicity of tools within Wix and the many quality templates I can use to get pages and whole websites up within a day or sometimes less. We often need to run promotions that include websites with one or a few pages. Wix is a great way to simply post images into pages that are responsive and work well with many desktop and mobile web browsers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wix has a large community of users that can help you with creative or technical issues that Wix themselves can't help you with. You should also read through many off-site tutorials that can help you make your templates more unique. If you want to move your website to another host in the future, you may want to consider a more flexible CMS like Joomla, WordPress or Drupal.

I love Wix because it has a large number of templates to show a professional aspect to any project. The best part is that you can customize the web page design easily with just a few clicks.

Add images or multimedia content to the website from this platform can be a bit annoying as you need to take several steps to upload the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix has facilitated the creation of different websites at a very low cost, being able to reduce the expense of creating micro websites to improve the content of our brand.

It is highly recommended to use this platform for companies with low budgets and for individuals who want to start an online project.

Wix does charge more for some basic services, even after you're already a premium user. They have an ascend platform to use features on your website like lead capture forms and downloads on submissions.

We are using Wix to build websites for our agents. We've been able to optimize SEO for their sites, and grow their practices organically.

Wix is so easy to use and incredibly powerful. Everyday I learn new features to improve our site and promote our business. We didn’t need to hire web designers because we could do it ourselves.

Customer service is rotten; nearly impossible to get someone on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix provides users with many templates from different categories, business, resume, product and etc. According to your requirement, you can choose whatever you like. And if you want to own your website address without wix words on it, you can pay for your own website name.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't pay, your personal or company website would be represented with "wix" words. It looks a little unprofessional. But actually I pretty understand this strategy as a marketer, it's reasonable.

We can create a website by ourselves according to what we need and what we want easily. Because there are many templates and edit tools can help us to do. After finished your design, you can also pay for your domain website name to Wix .
