It's not a big deal
What do you like best about the product?
The potential it has in SEO both due to its features and the advertising Wix places on numerous sites, allows the website to be well positioned, both for free and paid, it serves very well for those who are learning about white hat SEO and want to add meta tags to the objects on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wix is not a very good service in terms of hosting, it is hosted on some type of code, like Java, which takes a long time, besides that, it also takes a long time to load the web page itself, something that is not acceptable in a professional service, that's why I use it only for SEO testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the great opportunity that its system of objects and meta tags offers for SEO, it is normal to take advantage of the service to conduct SEO tests, both white hat and black hat, as it is an unofficial website and the search engine scrappers will not penalize us.

Regarding SEO, it is perhaps the best page builder, as it allows you to add metadata to almost everything, meta tags to objects, etc.
It is undoubtedly not the best tool for having a good design, but for testing, that is, as a testing ground, it is indeed useful, just as other alternatives are.

Awesome design service
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features that Wix provides through their platform is amazing. I was using other design platforms before Wix and I am in love with their design platform as well as the amount of customization I can put into my website. I also like the apps you can add to the website which allow for analytics tracking and event management. They also provide great templates to use to help create awesome website features such as an easy to use FAQ page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of the additional features were included in the paid plan without having to pay extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide ease of access to designing the website as well as awesome SEO instruction and advice.

Use it for a high-quality website that is easy to design and easy to maintain.
I Love Wix!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been creating websites with Wix for the last 5 years or so. It has such a user-friendly interface! I use to code thing by hand and it took FOREVER but I can drag and drop element exactly where I want them, no sweat.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use Wix for selling merchandise, there are a few standard features that Wix is lacking at the moment. BUT, they have listened and added many of the features requested by users. So if there is something you need to happen you can log into your account and up-vote that feature to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having all of the boosters and advise on advertising and SEO optimization. They even have a video creator section with stock promotional videos you can customize to share on social media. This is something I have been wanting to do but I'm not video savvy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this software to anyone who does not have coding experience or want a user-friendly platform to host their website.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix immediately sets the foundation for your website when you sign in. There are many sharp website templates to choose from with flexible editing capabilities. The interface and tools are straightforward and we don't need to have any coding knowledge to make changes. The websites we worked on were all optimized for mobile devices so that our website looks properly on phones and tablets. There are many great extension apps that let us add more features, like appointment bookings and purchase buttons, to our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems targeted towards novice web designers with little to no coding experience, so customizing your website with advanced code can be difficult. When I tried to add some JavaScript and CSS files, the resulting pages often did not appear or function as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Wix to create different websites for marketing, feedback forms, event sign up forms and other business purposes. It has been a smooth way for me to create and upload pages quickly. I've created simple one-page websites to serve as landing pages for email promotions or notices that I've sent out. The Wix booking app has given me a way to book appointments online without having to take time to manually process appointment and contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wix is one of the leading website building tools, so I think it's worth taking a look at it for your basic web needs. If you're a more advanced web developer, this platform can possibly cause your more frustration than creating a website from your own server.

It is not very robust. It has very limited features in the free trail. It does not export data easily. It has limited features in E-Commerce websites.

It is highly integrated with many other products. It has more than 500 websites. It has very improved URLs.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is affordable, customizable, user friendly, and innovative!

It is a little confusing to use the online booking service. Other than that the site itself it’s easy to use!

Simple but just what I need.
What do you like best about the product?
If you need something quick, dirty, and pretty, get Wix. It's simple. SUPER simple. Honestly, there's nothing simpler. No code, nada dealing with CSS absolute positioning. All good looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so easy to use, it's also not easy for really powerful customization. There are better platforms for that - Webflow, Wordpress, etc. But I chose Wix because it was easy, so this isn't a personal issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could get a pretty looking portfolio up stat. I was too lazy to design my own page on a moment's notice with code, as I'm a stronger designer than I am a coder, and Wix made it easy to slap a portfolio onto my resume.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if you want ease; it's the easiest on the market. And the prettiest!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many other website building platforms, and Wix is the best of all of them. It's easy to build from a ton of preloaded templates, but it also allows for a huge range of customizing if you'd like to add your own personal flair to your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I paid for Wix for myself a year (outside of my current company work), and I did not feel like I got much extra aside from my own domain name. I get a lot of emails imploring me to renew my plan, and I didn't get much help at all when I was actually paying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Wix and will pick it over other website building platforms. However, I don't think that I'll pay for an upgraded account for myself unless I start my own business.
Good software, but there are better.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and very easy to use. Friendly for anyone that has never created a website. You will literally have one up and running in less than 15 minutes. Dependent on what you want online.

Very limited on what you can do. If your plan is just to have a website, then this is the way to go. If you are looking to have more than just a blog, I'd recommend going somewhere else, where you can host your own website.

Despite lack of flexibility and creativity, I have been able to create and maintain a beautiful website for my business without breaking the bank or stressing out over the design.
