What do you like best about the product?
RiskProfiler offers automated remediation workflows that get triggered to mitigate risks in real time. Its threat intelligence provides comprehensive data on external vulnerabilities, data leaks, and brand and vendor threats. The dashboard is accessible and easy to understand. Their support team provided fast query responses with all the necessary guidance. The EASM service is a great tool for discovering assets, tracking code repositories, backup files, emails, website licensing, typosquats, and other vulnerabilities. It also helps you monitor and discover ports, unregistered IP addresses, domains, mobile apps, etc for better security. They offer great usability with multiple dashboard views for a detailed understanding of different vulnerabilities, which makes the data more comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is complex and presents more data points than required in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RiskProfiler helped us discover open ports and some unpatched dependencies. Their attack path analysis helped us detect vulnerabilities and the potential ways the attackers can exploit them with probability scores. The tool allowed us to generate audit reports for a better understanding of our security posture and vulnerabilities. The solution also allows us to monitor the physical security of our business with detailed location-based data points and maps, for a defined overview.

What do you like best about the product?
RiskProfiler offers comprehensive threat intelligence for complex vulnerabilities and security threats. It had a friendly dashboard UI where we could access information easily with great visibility. The CVE and cloud security detection scores helped us monitor the overall security posture at any given time. The solution also monitors the security posture continuously and offers intelligence with any changes detected on it. The security score helped us with risk prioritization and resource assignment. RiskProfiler also allows compliance status monitoring and automates the management process. The tool has an in-built collaboration channel to communicate with vendors for security risk maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unavailability of the pricing point on the website creates some confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RiskProfiler offers comprehensive monitoring of all system vulnerabilities in workplace. It simplifies vendor risk assessments and compliance monitoring. Their threat prioritization helps with swift and logical mitigation plans. The automated remediation workflows are really helpful in managing sensitive security attacks.
Smart Threat Intelligence with Great TPRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
RiskProfiler’s external threat intelligence offer good support to our team in discovering shadow assets and gaps. Their UI dashboard offers excellent visibility to access all necessary information on beach history, timelines, and data with severity scoring to keep track of the security posture. However, we found their TPRM solution to be the most valuable, along with the automated vendor risk questionnaire. The questionnaire gets triggered automatically.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RiskProfiler provides detailed threat intelligence with a timeline, historical changes, sources, and other necessary points. It also maps the common attack paths, showing how the breaches happen and the steps an attacker might use to breach the system. Their system also maintains an up-to-date inventory of all digital assets that helped us discover some unregistered APIs and IT assets tied to our system. Their intelligence is also a great help in discovering dark web leaks that helped us contain.

RiskProfiler offers user friendly solutions for managing external threats, security gaps, third party threats, and brand identity related threats. The platform allowed us monitor excessive access privileges and unhygienic password practices for better account and system security. The implementation is easy and comes with an interactive dashboard for simple access.

The platform allow fast and effective phishing detection and fast takedown management. The continuous threat updates and priorities breach alerts helps in fast and effective mitigation strategies. The solution offer a large number of integration options.

RickProfiler is a 360 degree service for managing external, brand, vendor, and dark web threats. It is easy for implement, set up can be done with an hour. The solution integrates well with cloud providers and internal systems for complete security coverage.

I did not dislike about anything but the system can glitch at times.

The platform simplifies the external threat and supply chain risk monitoring and enhanced our mitigation efforts. The implementation is easy and takes only about an hour with thorough team guidance. It integrates well with cloud services and our internal software tools for comprehensive monitoring of attack vectors, unusual traffic, and suspicious login attempts.

The lack of mobile integration can cause accessibility issues at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution updates it's threat reports as soon as detects any new concerns on the system. It helped us detect some misconfigurations and API issues to secure all access points. The Questionnaire gets triggered and sent to the vendors with any changes in vendor security posture for better security alignment.

The solution improve the effectiveness of our security efforts. We could detect threat faster and execute mitigation strategies with automated workflow. The solution takes less than an hour to implement, their customer support is efficient and offers quick response to queries.
