What do you like best about the product?

The cleanest automated compliance platform around. We undergo many audits and between the dashboard and controls, it's so much easier to set tasks and follow audit progress.
Our Senior Customer Success Manager Elizabeth John has been with us sinc Day 1. She has been a crucial project manager for implementation, keeping us on track with our audit set up, resolving any questions or issues we have and teaching us how to most effectively use all Drata tools. Elizabeth always is friendly and professional with a smile even when we ask repetitive questions. Elizabeth rocks!!!

What do you dislike about the product?

Does not track individual KB4 trainings well. No AML features.

PCI and HIPAA compliance. HR personnel compliance. Vendor Security questionnaires.
