Great tool, g. set of available features, fairly g. database. But for us still hard to get adoption

The support team, They are making their best in order to help us get more adoption of this tool within our company

Database. It's not as easy as pick randoms questions/problems from their database in order to evaluate your candidates. You will need a team to curate their content

Give it a try, but make sure that your external candidates would accept a tool like this one during the recruiting process
Always adding new canned tests by position that are on point & really easy to add custom questions!

The team at HackerEarth are very responsive and proactive about reaching out to us thru out our membership. Service is key to these apps.
The technology questions are spot on and allows you a lot of flexibility to customize and add your own questions. Efficient and easy to use reporting and tracking. The est part of the experience is they had plenty of tools to manage the entire process but didnt lock you in so that you could easily insert into your current process as needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isnt really anything to dislike. They didnt have every feature we would have "wished" for but they definitly listened to our requests and helped find workarounds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a recruitment firm - this allowed us to have candidates that past screening take the assessment so that we could save our technical interviewing team valuable time. This way our developers could focus on interviewing only quality candidates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of meeting with your TAM and using there help along the way as you learn the system. No professional service are required but use the SME they provide you.

Reviewing test response is bit difficult as one need to go to the tests and find out all are pending.

Best platform for those aspiring to be a Software Developer
What do you like best about the product?
HackerEarth is the right platform that helps a beginner to boost their knowledge of programming/scripting languages. This platform in my opinion should be the first approach to learning a computing language. Since I believe and have experienced that "practice makes a man perfect", this platform exactly provides the same, for a beginner to learn the structure of a language, and the diversity of questions helps to create an understanding of what you should expect to solve in the real world which helps you sculpt a good research strategy as when we as users proceed to solve on this platform.
This platform has introduced me to the concept of being able to connect to the industry and getting hired as per my performance in their pre-screening recruitment tests. It has helped me tap into more employment opportunities as opposed to the traditional on-campus recruitment. Has given me, the chance to enroll for hackathons conducted by top-notch companies, thereby helping me realize the expectations set for a Software Developer, and helping me mark a route to connect the dots and achieve the requirements to become a good Full Stack Developer.

HackerEarth can add more Hiring Challenges by companies, so more students and professions can have a better chance of getting hired and have diverse options to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My focus as of now is mostly inclined towards learning Python and Data Structures. With this in mind, I have been able to explore more with the problem-solving challenges posed. In my view learning, a programming language must not be theoretical learning but must be dealt with as a form of purpose to learn to solve new real-life challenges and problems of the real world.

What makes HackerEarth assessments different from others is the auto-generated test, question library, customer support is really great and HackerEarth video interview tool is just rad awesome. It makes the job easy for the different team members to come together online and interview the candidate.

A more intuitive interface would be really great. Currently, it bit difficult to understand.

* Apart from being a coding platform it gives a smooth UI and UX and does not give an IDE type looks.
* It gives challenges and topic wise coding practice.
I recommend it all those people who really want to have a real taste of coding. The hiring competition are also pretty straight forward. It gives sample tests that really helps in preparing company specific. So start hacking!

One thing that I have noticed is that the previous hiring tests aren't available to the users for practice after the competition. It helps a lot if the questions are archived and provided for future reference.

Getting into a tech giant is way out of the league for those who study in remote areas of the nation. I know people who can't get near what so-called good job in spite of having a good set of technical skills. But Hackerearth makes it possible for us to give it a try no matter where we are and what we are, just what we are capable of.
