HackerEarth Assessments - A Diligent platform to Assess Freshers

  • January 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The HackerEarth Assessments are very helpful for the company as it reduces the workload and makes it easier for the Hiring Managers to assess new candidates. Decisions can be made much quicker. These Assessments can also be used to assess and upskill the developers working for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the assessments, alone, candidates cannot be graded. People who do not have access to technology could fail sometimes. Much more assessments can be involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than interviewing every person takes up a whole day, sometimes more than a day for business people. With HackeEarth Assessments, the assessing time gets reduced, and the hiring team gets a clear-cut understanding of the candidates' skills and diligence.
