generally good connection, a lot of programming language to choose from, video/audio chat embedded, good runtime environment to run code live, generally good syntax highlight.
also great to have browser detection of candidates, so that if they move away from the screen there's a notification for that for the interviewer.
really good to have the drawing board embedded for the design interview.

really good to have the drawing board embedded for the design interview.
What do you dislike about the product?
when choosing a programming language, we have to have both the interviewer and candidate switch to the same language, it would be better since one party switch would cause the other party to automatically switch to the same language.
maybe better if can have auto-complete, especially helpful for verbose languages like Java.
There's a test input area that no one knows how to use, probably better to just show the run button directly on the right, and people can just write in-line tests.
The summary screen at the end of the interview does not integrate with the greenhouse nor is it configurable so we rarely use that.
