Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Gave good insight into the technical ability of the candidate. Managers appreciated being able to watch live coding and create custom assessments. The library of questions was well develped.
What do you dislike about the product?
Candidates were quick to dismiss the assessment, they weren't keen on having to take that extra step if they didn't have to. In a hot candidate market, this process was too slow and we were losing candidates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More accurate technical screening, better insight into technical knowledge, reduced "mistakes" when hiring, better understanding of where employees are at technically when they join the organization.

Easy to setup mass recruitment exams

The library of existing questions and the proctoring settings and options are really good and helpful. Facecode feature is really good and a very sophisticated one
What do you dislike about the product?
The response times of their CSMs is a little snail paced and their integrations with all recruiter tools has scope for improvement

Doing all the heavylifting that we used to do earlier for setting up the questions. Facecode is a really good feature as it provides an environment configured with all tools and libraries

All assessment are so beneficial si I really like to learn. Each day i learn something new and worthy in technology and computer domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I learned about python and C++ through hackerearth, nothing is here to dislike. It should be work on phone (in an effective manner)

Almost each and every assessment are worthy.

The best thing about HackerEarth is that it provides a great platform for assessment without unnecessary hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The addition of more features would be much better. Though, the current platform is also great, just regular new additions add son great things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest pain point that HackerEarth assessments solve is not worrying about the candidate's coding abilities. If we are setting up rounds correctly, the judgement is great.
Perfect Test Assesment
What do you like best about the product?
It's Beginner to Expert level assessment is the best, you get a view where the person is lying and depending upon that you can judge the caliber of the candidate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the test gets unresponsive, so if that can be solved then it's awesome otherwise there not many issues that i found out. It is smooth. and yes we can make test giving feature more easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of screening a lot of candidate in minimum time frame and it is benefiting us in finding the right talent. Whenever we have a bunch of candidates and we do not want to waste time then we use it

I guess the flexibility to make customised tests in accordance with requirements and needs and on top of that the right set collections of questions make it worth it.

The assessment platform should cover domain wise test creation that can lead to easier test settings

HackerEarth is solving the huge burden that most companies dealt with concerning setting the benchmark of the company's assessment for various roles across domains.
