Great interface and customer support
What do you like best about the product?
User interface as an employer was easy to navigate. When it came to certain roadblocks, reaching out for support was really easy via email/phone calls and HackerEarth was highly responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement of candidate pool in specific geographies like Singapore, as ThoughtWorks has very niche requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful as the initial technical filtering round in the interview process. Beyond that, we need more interviews assessments due to the nature of our business.
A simple product with some room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform allows to do the basic testing for Junior candidates. There is a variety of questions and if you prefer, you can ask your development team to set your own questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Libraries are not very convenient to use, search functionalities of the questions. Tests are difficult to delete and to manage. It is impossible to drag questions around and change questions order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time when it comes to junior positions recruitment (e.g) Summer internships
HackerEarth definitely helps in the initial screening
What do you like best about the product?
HackerEarth publishes monthly statistics of the hiring that happens across their platform, which includes the total number of people hired, the profiles they are hired for, the companies that hire on their platform and the salaries they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can be improved, alert pop up for the expire date and time limit
