For how long have I used the solution?
I used the solution for about one year in my last job.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution provides good stability.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is easy to scale the solution.
How are customer service and support?
The solution's technical support is very good. We worked a lot with the local support team here in Mexico, and it was awesome. They visited us every month and were always ready to help us with everything we needed.
How was the initial setup?
The solution’s initial setup is easy. Nozomi staff helped us run a couple of demos. The first time, we just observed everything. Later, we could install everything and run it, which was not very difficult.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The solution's pricing is good and cheaper than that of Claroty. Nozomi Networks is worth the money.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend the solution to other users.
Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.
Nozomi offers excellent OT IDS
What do you like best about the product?
Nozomi includes detection algorithms to identify OT network intrusions and maliscious traffic. Has excellent user interface to display inbound / outbound traffic patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the Nozomi solution is high, but compared to other intrusion detection and protection systems, it fits into cyber security budget constraints and considerations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into OT network, detection of outdated operating systems, application software and providing single pane of glass for OT environments that include useful information.
