No more stress with your passwords...
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to generate, store and manage all your passwords in one app is really amazing. You don’t need to remember more than one password. It is encrypted. Above all, you can buy the app, so you only pay once instead of a monthly subscription. On IOS the touch ID feature makes life easier because you don’t have to type your password each time. On OS X, if you sign up on a website, the app will automatically generate a password and ask you if you want to store the details. You can sync it trough iCloud on all your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better integrated in IOS, but it might be because of some IOS security restrictions. Sometimes after an update it can be a bit buggy, especially on OS X when you launch the app, it can take ages and lastly tell you that it cannot connect to 1Password Mini.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I store my passwords, my bank account and credit card details, so I don’t need anything else than 1Password to make money transfers or payments with my credit card through the Internet, and it is synced trough iCloud on all my devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will never ever lose a password that you wrote on a piece of paper, or become crazy because you lost a significant password.
Best password manager!
What do you like best about the product?
1Password menu bar and auto-fill keyboard shortcuts make using the software easy. Automatic prompting of saving/updating existing passwords ensures users keep the database up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to rename additional vaults in the iOS app. May just be user-error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to keep all work passwords stored securely on all of my devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up separate vaults for personal vs. work passwords
Great for personal and collaborative team use
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of my passwords in a secure "vault" is great. I just need to remember one password to log into my personal vault, and everything is saved there. There is the ability for required fields, as well as notes in case you need to remind yourself of something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of a negative. Honestly, the only times I've had issue was due to user error. If a user forgot to enter information, or if you forget your own password to enter your vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwords are essential to my team. We develop websites, and that comes with a lot of logins, and a huge need for security. 1Password allows us to securely share passwords and notes across our team, as well as keep a personal vault for your own logins or information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is great for both team and personal use. If you're using this for team collaboration, I believe you need a third party to sync the vaults. We started with Dropbox, which did not work as well as we would have liked, and now use BitTorrent Sync. I don't believe we've had any issue with BitTorrent.
Absolute lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
Shared vaults are great. Browser extensions means ease-of-use. Password generator encourages me to use better passwords. (And now allows to long random word passwords, which are way easier to deal with in those instances where you end up having to manually enter a password!) Mobile app is pretty good, and more sites and apps have integrations built, so it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find a generated password. Doesn't work well with pop-up browser windows. Every now and again I need to manually enter a password, which can be a nightmare depending on how it's generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use shared vaults a lot, which helps keep all our shared passwords in a centralised place and easily accessible for all. Prior to this, we had just stored them on an intranet page, which meant they weren't accessible from mobile devices, and we didn't have an easy way of updating passwords when they changed. Syncing passwords via 1Password solves that problem easily, and encourages us to keep the information up-to-date. It also means we're less likely to scramble looking for a password.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having spent a day watching people struggle with lost and forgotten passwords, I guarantee this will make your life better. Everyone should be using a password manager. 1Password is super simple to use, and works across all your devices. It makes it super hard to lose a password, and will encourage you to use better password and security practises. I give it several thumbs way way way up.
Excellent product, does what it says. Lets you manage your passwords and more in a safe way.
What do you like best about the product?
simplicity of the product and minimal interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a headache setting the password file sync over dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly i am using this application at personal level and have found it to be doing what i want with application integrating easily in Safari and Chrome, it has made life easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
On Mobile Platform it's bit of effort copying and pasting.
It works well but is far from intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It functions the best out of tools like this that I have used, but it takes a while to figure out.
Bottom line, once you get used to it and have all of your passwords in there it becomes as easy as a few clicks. Sometimes its hard to figure out what needs to be done.
Also, my company bought many licenses, and from time to time it tells me my "trial has expired" (like today actually). I have never had a trial with them, just a license key that was paid for.

What do you dislike about the product?
Good luck if you need to import all your info to a new computer, or really do anything other than click to have a password put in. It will take research, time, and I had to download/sign up for another tool (dropbox) just to make the import possible. On that day, I hated 1password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a million passwords and some of them I only use once a month or so. Some tools I use have workflows that require upwards of 4 passwords. For things like this I need a tool that manages these things or it would take me forever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you clearly name everything when you are setting up, I did not and it got rough after a while.
My Favorite Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love 1Password and it is definitely my favorite password manager. I have used it for 3-4 years and have recommended it to many friends and family members. I love how clean it is, easy to use, safe and encrypted, and that the developers are constantly improving it and making it better and better. They're browser extension on iOS and Mac/PC is fantastic and saves a ton of time, especially when you use very long and unique passwords. I have contacted their support several times over the years and they are fantastic to work with. And on top of it all, if you're interested in security or encryption at all, they have a great blog as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I absolutely dislike, but I will say it is not the cheapest password manager out there. I have been more than willing to pay the premium for the iOS and Mac versions, but others may not. Along those lines, I have been interested in using their shared family plans, but the subscription pricing has kept me from making that move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 1Password I am able to keep all my passwords, accounts, membership info, sensitive notes, and other important information safe and secure without worrying about it. For passwords, I am able to creat long, unique passphrases for every site I use and not have to worry about remembering them all. I use 1Password for work and for personal use, and it has improved my efficiency and security a great deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend 1Password to anyone who is looking to secure their passwords and other sensitive information. The price is a bit higher than other options, but I think it is worth the price for the top of the line product they offer.
manage all my personal secret info in one place
What do you like best about the product?
store almost my personal important info, it provides much rich types to easily input,
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime it will crash or no response on my android device; it's better to provide a way to sync my data to google; it's better to avoid input same user info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
manage all my personal import info by this app
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As the security become more important for everyone, it's better to have different password for different sites(at least different levels), so here it's a good place to input/back up all your personal important data
A must tool for string passwords and data securely
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best feature I use is integration with internet browsers (I use Safari and Chrome). Storing from various web forms and filling passwords back is very easy and intuitive. I like the fact that 1Password is cross-platform and I can use same application on my Windows PC and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad). Having all passwords, secure notes and credit card information stored securely and available on all devices I use is really amazes me. I even put all software licenses and bank accounts into 1Password. Sharing encrypted database over Dropbox is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a cross-platform product, license for Windows version and iOS version needs to be bought separately. This makes the whole solution more expensive if you use various devices.
I did not really get the idea of categorising saved data to folders. It is very time consuming to sort all saved logins and passwords to different folders so I gave up and have everything in one group.
Dropbox sharing is great but 1Password lacks support for other cloud storage provides (OneDrive, Google Drive etc.). iCloud integration works only for Mac, it cannot share data with 1Password on Windows - this is a showstopper for me.

I store all company and private logins and passwords in 1Password. Login to any web service is super easy and it saves me a lot of time every day. When registering to new web service I use 1Password password generator to create very strong password.
Instead of using few memorable passwords I create unique, complex, password for each service. This significantly increases security of my cloud accounts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. 1Password excels when you use Mac and iOS. For Windows it is more complicated due to fixation to Dropbox and need to buy another license.
A nice, secure way access passwords on mobile and desktop
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it uses a standard place to store the password data, so that I can access them on my iPhone and Mac.
What do you dislike about the product?
I requires you to update the password manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to use stronger passwords. It's more of a psychological thing, but it helps me keep my data more secure. I've lost my Apple Keychain a few times and 1Password served as a backup, and also a sole-course for websites that disallow autosaving passwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Enter all your credit card info into 1Password, so you have a record of them in case your wallet is lost or stolen.
