What do you like best about the product?
It is a wonderful customer service tool, with a broad context of service forms through text or voice, even video. Very good service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have known before, I believe that the advertisements about the tool could be more present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the issue of managing services is the best part with the integration of various channels. I can now handle multiple layers, with different channels, in both internal and external services, all very well managed.
