What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great, to have everything you need regaring influencer management in one place is priceless, specially if you have a small team.
Also, the 1:1 onboarding experience with Sarah was impecable! She was very helpful through all process, explained everything step by step, helped me creating campaigns, and gave me insightful tips and insights that were truly essential! :)

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve would be to have automatic invoices when topping up the Upfluence Pay account and also more options to automate the email flows (for now, the condition is limited only to replied to the email or not).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me keeping things organized and also saving me tons of time with influencer search, payments and more!
