What do you like best about the product?

We have a Shopify store, and I love how well it integrates with Upfluence. We didn’t use any software before to manage our campaigns, and it’s really helping us scale, especially with outreach. I like that we can automatically import our product catalog and ship what influencers select. We also share discount codes with them and can track sales and pay commissions based on that. We just started using their payment app too. The onboarding team was super helpful—there are a ton of options when setting up a campaign, so it was great having someone guide us through it. I’m also really happy with their chat support. They host live Q&A sessions, and even though it’s a bit personal, I love the format—jump in with my questions for 10 minutes and then I’m done.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pinned posts, isn’t available because it's private and they explained it's illegal to collect. Even though I’d love to have access to it, I really appreciate how careful and transparent they are about the data we can use. That means a lot to us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, I was using spreadsheets and manually tracking which influencers to ship products to, and managing emails was a mess. I really like how this platform centralizes every step of the collaboration. I can also pay influencers directly, without needing to get every commission approved by the finance department.
