LOVE this platform for finding new influencers!
What do you like best about the product?
I personally enjoy how granular the tools are for finding influencers. I use the tool to find particular niche influencers and love it. I also am a huge fan of the google chrome plugin - helpful for recruiting and finding engagement metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used other platforms for campaigns so I didn't love the campaign feature. However, it is still helpful for organizing your projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding influencers, organizing recruitment lists - helpful with saving time when conducting influencer lists!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upfluence is great, I recommend really understanding the full platform and utilizing all tools (like campaigsn)

What do you like best about the product?
Fast With just a few quick button clicks I can understand if the effect is suitable for my brand or not
Before knowing this tool, I used more than one tool to search for and analyze influencers, but now with Upfluence, everything I need is in one place

I spent half an hour looking for something negative in this tool and I didn't see anything negative

I had an idea about the location of the followers of the influencer I chose and the rate of interaction with him .... I was facing the problem of not knowing the right influencer for my brand, but with Upfluence everything became easy and fast

I love how organized the overall layout is. I love that they breakdown all of the influencers stats so I don't have to search for all of that myself or ask the influencer for it!

I don't like that some influencers aren't in the system. It just makes it so easy when they are so when they arent, it is disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding insights for the influencers I represent as well as future influencers I want to represent. It also allows me to create list of creators that would be good for brands

It is such an easy and efficient platform to use. You no longer have to calculate the reach and insights of the influencers you are looking into! it is all provided for you on the Upfluence site! LOVE this!

The extension in the Laptop Browser is very helpful , it would be great if Mobile version of it is launched too .

I wouldn't say there are any major disadvantages. However, the whole idea of doing a calendly meeting just for signing up is too much.

Influencer marketing is superb now. It's easy to find, filter and analyze the influencers.

The tool is straightforward to use, and you get beneficial insights on Instagram and Youtube Profiles. It is handy analyzing your competitors and also compare your results with others.

It takes a while to provide feedback on small accounts with less than 10k followers.

I got the best customer support. I got the proper training and the right resources to use to set up a campaign for influencer marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking at the bright side here... since I have a 12 month contract, I need to really utilize the software, the resources and the support to make sure I get my monies worth.

Influencer sourcing is easier and the influencer experience with the funnel flow once they get the outreach email.
