Shipped with Incompatable PHP

This version of SuiteCRM 8 is only compatible with 8.0 but is shipped with 8.1 rendering it pretty useless. Bitnami generally recommends deployig a new instance to change PHP version. Needs work.

Sorry to hear your experience did not go well. At the time of your writing, we already had SuiteCRM 8.6.x and 7.14.x versions available in the Marketplace and both branches support PHP 8.1 according to the official documentation (https://docs.suitecrm.com/8.x/admin/compatibility-matrix/ and https://docs.suitecrm.com/admin/compatibility-matrix/). Regarding the upgrade, it's not possible to modify the PHP version once the server is launched and that's why we mention the need of launching a new instance and migrate the data. If you need additional support, we provide support from our engineers in our VMs repo (https://github.com/bitnami/vms/issues). Don't hesitate to ask there. Regards
