What do you like best about the product?

You don't have to maintain ID management for each and every users. The best part is the video log and the command log and real-time monitoring. If the super admin catches any users for doing a suspicious activity or restricted command run, they can immediately freeze his screen or terminate the session. And his password management is also excellent and secure just because they have a minimum of 2 super admins to accept his request for any unallocated services.

What do you dislike about the product?

His complex deployment and onboarding device 10-20 % supported device will not work through the URL. During production time, I faced an issue colliding two different users on the same device. When I opened the first user profile, closed the browser, and logged in to another user, the prompt would resume the first user session.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing multiple remote servers and devices for a different team. We do not need to enter passwords numerous times for using another device. There is a single password or biometric login to the portal for authentication. The last and best thing is only those devices and services shown to the user are allocated to work. For any other service or device access, you need to request a super admin to give access to the services for a particular time with a random created password shown on your notification.
