Powerful, flexible, and future-oriented – Bloomreach as a strong partner in digital commerce
What do you like best about the product?
AI-powered personalization in Bloomreach allows our customers to deliver highly relevant content in real-time, a true game changer for e-commerce. Bloomreach integrates excellently with existing systems like SAP, Salesforce, or commercetools, extremely flexible due to the powerful API. Thanks to the modular architecture, we can deploy Bloomreach solutions very quickly. This excites our customers/ fast results, high conversion increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller use cases or customers with growing volume, a more transparent pricing model would be helpful. The initial configuration and data modeling require technical know-how. A simplified onboarding process for less technical users would be beneficial. A guided setup assistant or templates could create real added value here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is distributed across systems and difficult to use. Problem: Customer data is located in CRM, ERP, shop systems, etc., and is not networked. Solution: The CDP from Bloomreach aggregates data sources and enables cross-channel segmentation. Central view of the customer, better management of journeys.

It's pretty easy to use, a lot of good tutorials and good customer service

It is very important to think "right" from the start with the set up, it is difficult to change afterwards if you want to correct something.

What do you like best about the product?
The endless capabilites for all channels, personalisation, technical implementation, date & segmentation. Three years in the platform & we havent even scratched the surface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing unhelpful about Bloomreach, it has totally levelled up our CRM systems & journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalistion on website,Omni- channel approach, it has allowed us to move from just email to webpush, SMS, app & on-site customer journeys. Refinining segementation & scenario logic. There is so much!!
Intuitive platform that requires intuitive thinking
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Bloomreach allows you to really refine your audience and understand them better to create personalised journeys. The customer support that Bloomreach offers is also really helpful - they are quick to answer and often help solve a lot of queries I have. I use BR everyday and Im still learning new things on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really complicated. You really have to know the platform to be able to use it to its full capability. It takes a lot of learning and there are some things on it that just take a really long time to do. The design aspect of it is a little bit clunky and requires knowledge of coding often times. Its not the most user friendly but when you start using the platform and learning more about it, you realise how much you can actually do on it.

Bloomreach helps with our CRM emails and seeing what types of content works better with our audience through A/B testing.

What I value most are the extensive reporting dashboards, which I found lacking in other tools – they provide full visibility into performance and allow for quick, data-driven decisions. The documentation is very well written and enables independent implementation of many features without needing support from a technical team. The interface is also very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes everyday use much easier. An additional advantage is the ability to quickly contact the support team, as well as the advanced personalization and content management features
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don’t have any major complaints – the platform meets my expectations in terms of both functionality and usability. Only in the case of very advanced configurations does it require a bit more time to explore the system’s full capabilities

Bloomreach helped us finally bring everything into one place – content, product data, and customer insights. Before, we had to jump between different tools to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and personalize the experience. Now it’s all connected, and it saves us a lot of time. We can quickly launch personalized content and track how it performs in real time. It just makes our daily work smoother and helps us react faster to what our customers actually need.

I also like the flexibility of the campaign builder, which makes it easy to orchestrate multichannel messaging across email, SMS, and web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be unintuitive, especially when navigating complex workflows or trying to manage multiple projects at once. Some features, like reporting or experimentation, could be more user-friendly and visually clear. Additionally, implementing custom use cases often requires developer involvement, which can slow down speed to execution.

Bloomreach Engage helps us unify customer data across channels and use it to deliver personalized, real-time experiences. This has improved the relevance of our campaigns, increased engagement, and made it easier to activate segments quickly based on customer behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
The single customer view combining online and offline data sets allows you to first, understand and refine your audiences and second, execute precisely targeted omni-channel campaigns. I likethe real-time element of all the inputs and outputs of the platform and the fact that Bloomreach is always looking to innovate and add new channels or functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wherever you need to use Jinja or other advanced features, the learning curve might feel very steep. Although it's nice to have out of the box reports and dashboards, they always feel a bit too basic and difficult to work with when you need to add complex KPIs or formulas.

Deliver highly personalised content in real-time through an omnichannel campaign management experience. Data integration gives the team a unified view of the customer and its user-friendly interface helps deliver campaigns much faster.
All around functional CDP with communication suite
What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy with the omnichannel orchestration suite as it allows the communication team to come up with and support very complicated flows.

That's not something I've seen in most CDPs but I would love to be able to edit past events.
