Versatile Yet Needs Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Bloomreach is to use and how things are clearly laid out. I appreciate using communication tools like email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to communicate across multichannels to our customer base, showing them their best offers and deals. These tools allow us to maintain a cross-channel marketing tone of voice, ensuring our customers see the same messages across multiple different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't as many out-of-the-box tools as I would expect. Being able to see the communications that you've sent to customers isn't as user-friendly as I would like. It can be a little frustrating to be able to actually show what you've sent to a customer if you've got an email with dynamic data that's always changing. There was no blind CC functionality in emails, which has meant that we aren't able to use that functionality. The reporting element is a little bit confusing and overly complicated, especially for a business like mine where we don't have revenue and instead use clicks and engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach allows all our communications to be sent from one system and lets us use that data to provide personalized products and services to our customers.

I really appreciate how powerful Bloomreach is, it makes managing content and personalizing experiences so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I dislike, but sometimes the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Overall, it’s a great platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is solving the challenge of delivering personalized and seamless digital experiences by combining content, commerce, and data in one platform. This benefits me by making it easier to engage customers effectively and drive better business results with less effort.
Highly Customizable, Insightful Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Bloomreach is very customizable, offering us a lot of options to achieve our desired setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to get access to a weblayer history, the same as it is available for scenarios. Also, when multiple people are working on a same scenario or weblayer at the same time, we only get a notification before saving that someone else had already made some changes. It means we have to start from scratch.

Bloomreach helps us build and optimize engaging customer journeys and analyze behavior for more effective targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Bloomreach is the way it balances ease of use with a strong feature set. The platform feels intuitive, so day-to-day tasks are straightforward, and the implementation process has been relatively smooth thanks to its solid integration options. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, customer support has been responsive and genuinely helpful. Overall, Bloomreach integrates well with existing systems and feels robust enough for frequent use, without ever becoming overly complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything significant to dislike about Bloomreach. Any issues I’ve run into have been minor and infrequent, and none have been serious enough to raise concern or affect overall usability or performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps us tackle challenges around customer engagement, personalization, and data-driven communication. In the US parking industry, it enables us to better understand customer behavior, tailor messaging based on location and usage patterns, and optimize campaigns that encourage reservations and repeat usage. Overall, this results in a better customer experience, higher conversion rates, and clearer, more effective communication across the entire customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
i am using bloomreach for email marketing part it was seamlessly good tool and the email content implementation was good action. also the customer support is very good
What do you dislike about the product?
we are not get any major kind of issues some times you have to check the email campaign page thats enough

nothing bigger we are see the problem much good platform.

The best thing about Bloomreach is its smart search which understands what a customer means when they don't have the exact word for a product and with that when it provides good suggestions and recommendations of similar products or related ones

One of the things is its expensiveness as it a premium platform and has high licencing fees and others and another thing is it requires skilled personals like developers of technical experts in certain domains adding one more thing is it's not a complete commerce platform unless you integrate it with a backend.

One of the thing that Bloomreach helps is as it uses AI powered search combined with intent detection, it exactly finds the keywords from customer's query which is a good thing for conversational commerce and another thing is that Bloomreach's chatbots are smarter compared to the others as it can easily recommend products, compare different items and also show different alternatives for the same

I really like how powerful personalization is in Bloomreach without being overly complicated. It lets us easily personalize content and product recommendations based on real user behavior. This feature is incredibly useful as it uses real customer behavior, such as pages viewed, searches, clicks, and purchases, to tailor the experience for each user. The platform delivers strong value in personalization, search, and customer experience, and it scales well for growing teams. The initial setup, such as search integration, product catalog sync, and initial recommendations, was fairly straightforward with clear documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Bloomreach is very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved like Advanced personalization and merchandising features take time to fully understand, especially for new users.

I like how Bloomreach connects data with real action, making it more than just a place to store customer information. The level of personalization is impressive, allowing us to tailor content, product recommendations, and campaigns based on real customer behavior, making interactions feel more relevant. I really value the automation and flexibility; once journeys and triggers are set up, they run reliably in the background, saving manual effort. I also appreciate having a single, unified view of the customer, which makes decision-making faster and more confident. Overall, Bloomreach feels like a platform that scales with our needs; the more we use it, the more value we extract from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Bloomreach delivers a lot of value, there are a few areas where it could be better. One challenge is the learning curve. The platform is powerful, but that also means it can feel complex at first. New users need time and proper onboarding to become comfortable, especially with advanced features like journey orchestration and data modeling. The interface can sometimes feel busy, particularly when working across multiple modules. Certain workflows require several steps, and some actions aren’t always as intuitive as they could be, which can slow things down for day-to-day users. Reporting and analytics are useful, but there’s room for improvement. Creating custom reports or getting very specific insights sometimes takes extra configuration, and it would be helpful if more ready-to-use dashboards were available. Lastly, documentation and examples could be more detailed. While support is responsive, having clearer guides and real-world use cases would make it easier for teams to fully adopt and maximize the platform on their own.

Great Support and Intuitive Email Builder, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Access to real time customer support. The email builder is also easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weblayers could be easier to build (like the visual builder for email) and reporting definitely takes a while to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using segmentation we are able to better target and personalise our communications and content which is seeing uplifts in engagement from where we were before.
